为什么电流路径需要低于0.05mm的毛刺控制

在高压接触器中,冲压边缘的毛刺会形成应力集中点。在750V直流、300A持续电流下,这一微小缺陷会产生局部发热,并可能引发微电弧。我们的冲压模具采用线切割加工,间隙为材料厚度的5%,确保整个电动汽车高压接触器零件系列的毛刺高度控制在0.05mm以下。您无需在装配前进行手动去毛刺处理。

匹配您密封接触器设计的材料选择

本系列备有三种材料类别。第一类:C1100紫铜和C17200铍铜,用于主触桥和柔性分流连接件。第二类:AISI 304不锈钢,用于活动弹簧座和复位弹簧导套。第三类:冷轧钢(SPCC)镀锡,用于灭弧室端子。每种材料均附带钢厂材质证明书,我们在东莞仓库常备每种材料2吨卷料,确保交期不受材料采购影响。

多工位成型中如何将跳动控制在0.02mm以内

接触器端子通常在不同平面内有两到三次折弯。如果第二次折弯偏移0.03mm,触头间隙就会不均匀,开关寿命随之下降。我们采用9至14工位的级进模,每个工位配备精密导套,间隙为0.008mm。最终效果:孔到折弯的位置公差为±0.02mm,15mm宽度范围内组装端子面的总跳动量低于0.02mm。该数据通过三坐标测量机每500件检测一次,而非仅在调试时验证。

热处理与表面处理确保10,000次循环寿命

铍铜零件在315°C下时效硬化2小时,硬度达到42–45 HRC。不锈钢弹簧座经过退火处理至35 HRC,避免循环载荷下开裂。铜件镀银4–6微米,接触电阻保持在0.5毫欧以下。钢件镀亮锡3–5微米,在高湿度环境下提供耐腐蚀保护。每种表面处理均通过XRF测厚仪检测,未附镀层报告的产品不予出货。

每次发货前检测:三坐标测量与拉力测试数据

我们不仅依赖过程检验。在包装您的电动汽车高压接触器零件系列之前,我们会进行最终批次检验:每个生产批次抽取10件,使用蔡司三坐标测量机检测关键尺寸;如您需要子组件,则进行拉力测试验证焊接或压接强度;粗糙度仪确认密封面Ra 0.8µm。您将收到包含实际测量值的PDF检测报告,而非通用合格证书。

定制触桥,无最小起订量限制

我们的冲压生产线涵盖25吨至300吨。对于您的定制触桥或端子,我们仅需2D图纸或3D STEP文件。模具设计需3天,模具制造需7–10天,首件在确认后24小时内发货。无最小起订量要求。您可以订购50件用于样机批次,也可订购100,000件用于批量生产。单价呈可预期下降:模具费用在前5,000件内摊销,因此单件成本快速降低。

适用于IP67防护等级外壳的密封与镀层选项

许多客户将这些零件用于密封接触器外壳内部。为此,我们提供端子平面上的冲压凹点图案,可与模压橡胶垫圈锁定配合。我们还提供选择性电镀——仅在触点区域镀银,安装孔不镀,确保螺钉连接牢固。该工艺采用遮蔽处理,镀层边界控制在±0.2mm以内,避免螺纹处发生爬行腐蚀。
