按图定制弹簧

客户将图纸交给我们的三大理由 1. 批次可追溯质量。 每批次均分配独立批号。我们追踪材料炉号、设备参数和操作人员编号。如果您的装配线上出现任何问题,我们可以精确追溯到对应的线圈和线材。

2. 每批次附带检验报告。 您将收到一份包含尺寸测量数据、载荷数值和材料测试证书的 PDF 报告,不收取额外费用。该报告逐项对应您的图纸要求。

3. 同一工厂完成 CNC 加工、冲压、弹簧和散热器。 您可以将弹簧和冲压支架放在同一个信封里寄给我们。我们在同一厂区内完成全部制造。供应商更少,物流麻烦更少,质量标准统一。

客户常见问题 问:真的没有起订量要求吗? 答:是的。我们接受单件打样订单。量产订单按件计价,小批量单价会略高,但同样享受完整的质量检验。

问:你们如何控制公差和质量? 答:我们使用配备伺服控制节距调节的 CNC 卷簧机。卷制完成后,使用数字测试仪测量自由长度、外径及指定变形量下的载荷。关键尺寸实行 100% 全检,而非抽检。

问:定制弹簧的交期是多久? 答:图纸确认后,打样产品 7–15 天内发货。量产订单需 15–25 天,具体取决于数量和表面处理要求。急单可加急处理——我们会在您确认前告知确切费用。

问:你们能提供材质证书吗? 答:可以。每批次均附带线材的钢厂测试证书。我们还可根据要求提供 RoHS 和 REACH 合规文件。
