我们如何在薄板冲压件上保持±0.05 mm公差

薄材料(0.5–3.0 mm)容易产生翘曲。我们通过80吨高速冲床(250 SPM)上的级进模来应对这一问题,并对每条料带进行校平处理。我们的模具维护周期为每50,000次冲程——而不是“等坏了再修”。这确保整个生产批次中尺寸漂移低于0.03 mm。对于存在回弹问题的卡扣,我们采用模具内的压印工序,而不是在冲压后再进行弯曲校正。

镀锌卡扣使用的材料与热处理工艺

三种基材覆盖了我们95%的订单:SPCC冷轧钢(用于通用支架)、SUS301不锈钢(用于腐蚀性或高温环境)以及SK5弹簧钢(用于必须回弹100万次的卡扣)。镀锌在热处理之后进行——绝不提前——因为如果顺序颠倒,45°C的电镀槽液可能会对马氏体产生回火作用。对于SK5材料,我们在830°C下油淬,260°C回火45分钟,然后电镀至8–12 µm的厚度。

每次发货前的检验:5点检查

不做随机抽样。每批次均进行5点检查:(1) 对每个零件的3个关键孔位进行三坐标测量机验证,(2) 每批次抽取2个卡扣样品进行洛氏硬度测试,(3) 每个生产日对1个镀锌样品进行盐雾测试,(4) 对10个随机零件进行毛刺高度测量,(5) 在花岗岩平台上进行平面度检查。检测结果随装箱单一起发货——无需另行索取。

镀锌层厚度及我们为何不使用六价铬钝化

我们的标准是三价铬透明或蓝色镀锌,厚度8–12 µm,符合ASTM B633标准。在中性盐雾测试中可提供72小时白锈和240小时红锈防护。我们避免使用六价铬钝化,因为它被RoHS和REACH法规禁止——如果您的应用需要汽车级要求(例如120小时白锈),我们可以添加封闭剂或改用锌镍合金镀层(12–20 µm),成本增加5%。

弹簧钢卡扣为何能在100万次循环后保持形状

本系列卡扣采用SK5或65Mn(锰弹簧钢)制成。区别在于疲劳寿命:65Mn在屈服应力的70%下可承受100万次循环;SK5可承受150万次。我们在成型后在200°C下进行30分钟的应力消除处理——这可以消除弯曲工序产生的残余应力,而这正是导致过早开裂的真正原因。如果您需要特定的循环次数,请告知我们;我们将据此选择合适的材料牌号和回火工艺。

无最小起订量,但原型与批量生产定价有所不同

您可以订购50件进行装配测试——我们为每位新客户都提供此服务。原型零件(最多200件)使用单工位模具生产,每种零件几何形状的模具费用为$80–$200。批量生产(超过1,000件)使用级进模,一次性工程费用为$1,200–$3,500,分摊到您的单价中。如果您在12个月内保持相同设计,我们将在您的第5次订单中退还该模具费用的50%。
