为什么U型通道在定向气流方面优于平板

平板散热器向两个方向散热,而U型通道将气流集中在一个受控路径中。开口侧面向风扇或风道,三个封闭侧充当静压室,与相同占地面积的平板相比,局部空气速度提高20–30%。这意味着您可以将风扇速度降低15%,同时仍达到相同的结温,从而降低噪音和功耗。我们将U型内半径加工至最小1.5 mm,因此不存在应力集中点,可在−40°C至+125°C的热循环下避免开裂。

合金选择:挤压用6063-T5,机加工用6061-T6

我们备有用于挤压U型通道的6063-T5——其导热系数为201 W/m·K,可获得干净的阳极氧化表面。对于从实心坯料加工的通道,我们使用6061-T6,导热系数为167 W/m·K,但屈服强度更高(276 MPa),当通道同时用作结构支架时这一点很重要。如果您需要更高的导热性,我们可以铣槽并压入铜热管——这种组合的有效导热系数可达350 W/m·K。6061-T6的硬度为95 HRB,6063-T5为73 HRB;两者都足够软,可攻M3螺纹而不开裂,也足够硬,可在装配过程中抵抗凹陷。

如何在500 mm长的通道上保持±0.01 mm公差

长而薄的壁在加工过程中会翘曲——这是U型通道的第一大缺陷。我们首先粗加工型材,然后在180°C的炉中进行4小时去应力处理,最后在第二次装夹中精加工。我们的五轴Mazak机床使用真空夹具将通道平贴在研磨钢板上,因此即使在500 mm长度下,壁厚也能保持在±0.01 mm以内。端面切割垂直度跳动量为0.02 mm,如果您需要将两个通道首尾相连以组成更长的组件,这正是您所需要的。我们使用分辨率为0.5 µm的三坐标测量机检查每个零件。

翅片几何选项:直翅、锯齿翅或刮削翅

您不受限于标准型材。我们可以加工直翅(2.0 mm厚,8 mm间距)以降低压降,锯齿翅(1.5 mm厚,5 mm间距)用于湍流并将传热提高15%,或者我们可以从实心材料刮削翅片——这提供0.5 mm厚、1.2 mm间距的翅片,这是我们能做到的最高密度。对于U型通道本身,我们提供非对称U型(一侧壁高于另一侧)以匹配您的机箱高度。所有翅片边缘均倒角0.2 mm,因此在搬运过程中不会割伤电线或手指。

表面处理和阳极氧化:Ra 0.8 µm和25 µm黑色涂层

我们的标准表面处理是所有功能面Ra 0.8 µm,通过精细飞刀加工实现。对于热性能,我们推荐25 µm黑色阳极氧化(Type II或Type III)——黑色表面将发射率从0.05(裸铝)提高到0.85,在静止空气机箱中有助于辐射冷却提高70%。阳极氧化层也具有电绝缘性(50 V/µm击穿电压),因此您可以将PCB直接安装在通道上而无需绝缘垫。如果您跳过阳极氧化,我们仍会进行脱脂和钝化处理,因此零件以清洁、耐腐蚀的状态发货,适用于室内使用。

每100件检验:三坐标测量机、硬度和表面轮廓仪

我们不抽样——我们对每第100个零件进行全面检验,每个零件都进行关键壁厚的尺寸检查。三坐标测量机报告在加工后24小时内上传到共享文件夹,因此您的QA团队可以看到实际数据,而不仅仅是证书。每批20个零件使用里氏硬度计验证硬度。表面粗糙度使用轮廓仪在批次的首件和末件的配合面上测量。如果任何值超出规格,整批将被拒收,而不是返工。

独立测试数据:热阻从0.12到0.48 °C/W

我们使用50 mm x 50 mm、60 W的热源对U型通道进行了实际热测试。一个100 mm长、40 mm高、带8个翅片的通道在自然对流下热阻为0.48 °C/W,在3 m/s强制风冷下为0.12 °C/W。这意味着在40°C环境温度下,使用小型风扇,60 W LED结温可保持在85°C以下。我们将随原型发送完整的测试曲线(温度与功率的关系),以便您无需猜测即可模拟您的确切负载。
