挤压型材如何成为精密散热器

我们不销售未经加工的挤压铝棒。相反,我们采用6063-T5或6061-T6铝锭,通过我们内部维护的模具进行挤压,然后对每个散热片、基板和安装孔进行切割和CNC机加工。挤压工艺赋予零件连续的晶粒结构,这意味着比压铸零件具有更好的导热性。挤压后,我们对长型材进行去应力处理,以将平面度控制在每300 mm 0.05 mm以内。您的图纸决定最终切割——我们将散热片间距控制在±0.05 mm,基板厚度控制在±0.03 mm。如果您需要定制长度,我们会锯切至+0.2 mm / -0.0 mm,然后对端面进行铣削加工,以获得平整的对接面。

我们使用的材料和热处理,以实现最大热传递

该系列主要基于两种合金。对于大多数强制风冷和自然对流应用,我们使用6063-T5:其导热系数为209 W/m·K,具有优异的挤压性能,使我们能够制造薄至0.8 mm的散热片,高厚比达到20:1。对于机械负载较高或振动环境,我们改用6061-T6,其导热系数为167 W/m·K,但屈服强度达到276 MPa。挤压后,我们对每批产品进行固溶热处理和人工时效,以达到T5或T6硬度。我们的硬度计会验证每个热批次的6063-T5硬度为8–12 HRC,6061-T6硬度为15–20 HRC。任何超出此范围的批次我们都会拒收。

影响热性能的表面处理选项

未经处理的挤压铝表面暗淡粗糙,带有会降低发射率的自然氧化层。我们提供三种标准表面处理。首先是透明阳极氧化(8–12 µm),用于耐腐蚀和哑光外观——这是默认选项。其次是黑色阳极氧化(18–20 µm),可将表面发射率提高至0.85,在封闭外壳中可将辐射冷却效果提升高达30%。第三是铬酸盐转化膜(MIL-DTL-5541),用于电气接地而不增加厚度。如果您的设计需要光滑的基板用于CPU或IGBT,我们可以将安装表面金刚石铣削至Ra 0.4 µm。对于散热片尖端,我们会进行去毛刺和卷边处理,以防止划伤并改善气流。我们不喷涂散热器——油漆会起到隔热作用。

每次发货前的检验 – 尺寸和热性能检查

本系列中的每个散热器在发货前都经过3步QC检验流程。首先,三坐标测量机(CMM)检查关键基准:基板平面度、散热片平行度、孔位和总长度。我们在合格证书上报告实际数值,而不仅仅是合格/不合格。其次,表面轮廓仪测量安装表面的Ra值。第三,我们在2.5倍放大镜下进行100%目视检查,检查划痕、凹痕或挤压模具线。对于热性能验证,我们有一套实验室级热电偶测试装置,每批抽取样品进行测试——我们使用50 W加热器测量从基板到散热片尖端的温升。如果标准100 mm型材的温差超过8°C,我们拒收该批次。我们还使用花岗岩平台和塞尺检查直线度:最大弯曲度为每500 mm 0.1 mm。

为什么我们在成本和速度上优于压铸和铲齿散热器

压铸铝散热器需要昂贵的模具($3,000–$10,000),且最小壁厚为1.5 mm,限制了散热片密度。铲齿散热器精度高但速度慢——每个散热片单独切割,因此一个50片散热器需要20分钟的机加工时间。而挤压则一次成型整个型材——我们每小时可生产300米。这意味着在5,000件以下的批量中,单位成本通常比铲齿低40%,比压铸低25%。由于我们在挤压后进行机加工,您兼得两者优势:连续型材的低成本和CNC的精度。如果您正在设计新的散热解决方案,我们的工程师可以从我们现有的模具库(库存超过200套模具)中推荐标准模具,从而完全消除模具成本。我们拥有常见形状的模具,如平行散热片平基板、针鳍阵列和错位散热片图案。

针对易损散热片几何形状的包装和物流

0.8 mm的薄散热片如果包装不当会弯曲。我们将每个散热器单独放置在EVA泡沫槽中,用瓦楞纸隔板分隔,装入硬质纸箱。对于大批量订单(超过500件),我们使用带防潮袋和干燥剂的木托盘。我们不使用松散的气泡膜——它会压住散热片并使其弯曲。每个纸箱都标有您的零件号、我们的批号和尺寸检验报告。对于国际空运,我们可以将多个小订单合并到一个箱子中以降低运费。对于海运,我们使用防腐蚀VCI纸,以防止在20天运输过程中出现白锈。在过去18个月中,我们已向美国、德国、日本和澳大利亚发货,未发生一起损坏索赔。

挤压铝散热器系列的最小起订量是多少?

没有起订量——您可以订购单个原型进行测试,也可以进行全批量生产;单价随数量相应调整。

你们可以定制挤压模具,还是只能切割标准型材?

我们可以切割和加工我们200多套标准模具中的任何一套,同时我们也设计和制造定制模具,周期为15天,模具成本将分摊到您的首批生产订单中。

你们如何保证长散热器0.02 mm的跳动?

挤压后,我们在液压机上对每个型材进行去应力处理和校直,然后在任何机加工开始前,使用千分表在花岗岩平台板上验证跳动。

50件小批量订单的最快交货期是多少?

对于带阳极氧化的标准型材,我们可以在7天内发货;对于带黑色阳极氧化的定制模具,交货期为15天,而非12天。

使用这些散热器的热设计建议
