为什么直流屏散热器需要翅片跳动低于0.02mm

直流屏机柜在密封机架中堆叠多个整流模块。如果散热器翅片与气流通道不完全平行,会产生局部热点,导致IGBT结温降额15-20°C。我们通过配备自动刀具补偿的四轴CNC铣床,将翅片对基座的跳动控制在0.02mm。每个翅片均在相同的装夹设置下切削,确保整个基板的热界面电阻保持在0.05°C/W以下。

我们使用的6063-T5和6061-T6材料及热处理工艺

对于通信直流屏,我们主要加工6063-T5(导热系数201 W/m·K),因为它能干净地挤压出高翅片比。对于散热器兼作结构支架、需要承受更高机械载荷的情况,我们改用6061-T6(硬度95 HRB,屈服强度276 MPa)。CNC加工后,每个零件都经过175°C人工时效8小时,以消除残余应力——这正是确保在-40°C至+85°C下经历1000次热循环后平面度仍保持0.05mm的关键。该产品线绝不使用未经处理的铸造铝。

我们如何加工锯齿形翅片而不使其弯曲

高翅片(高度超过40mm)在切削过程中容易振动,产生波浪形表面,破坏气流。我们使用带0.4mm圆角半径的高进给立铣刀,转速12,000 RPM,每齿进给量0.08mm。刀具路径采用一次走刀顺铣,并用真空夹具支撑翅片顶端。这确保了翅片间距一致性为±0.03mm,这对直流屏风扇曲线至关重要——您可以在不过度加速风扇的情况下获得额定风量。如需更激进的设计,请参阅我们的CNC刀具选择指南,了解我们使用的具体刀具几何参数。

每次发货前的检测:三坐标测量机和热阻测试

每个散热器都经过三坐标测量机(CMM)检测12项关键尺寸:基座平面度、翅片高度、翅片间距以及两个安装孔位置。我们还使用校准热源和热电偶阵列对10%的样品批次进行热阻测试——如果热阻超过图纸值的5%,整批产品将被拒收。最终报告包含跳动图表和表面粗糙度曲线(基座Ra 0.8µm,翅片Ra 1.6µm)。这不是随机质检,而是对每件产品进行100%尺寸检测,CMM数据保存10年。

表面处理选项:阳极氧化、钝化和镀镍

对于高湿度的直流屏环境,我们推荐20µm硬质阳极氧化涂层(MIL-A-8625 Type III),可将表面发射率提高至0.85,并防止与铜母排发生电偶腐蚀。如果您的组件使用导热垫,我们会遮蔽基座表面以保持Ra 0.8µm——基座阳极氧化会增加0.02mm厚度并提高热阻。我们还提供透明铬酸盐转化膜(MIL-DTL-5541),适用于低成本室内设备。请告知您的湿度等级要求,我们将指定涂层厚度。

我们如何处理定制孔位和安装凸台

您的直流屏散热器可能需要用于IGBT模块的螺纹孔、用于PCB支柱的通孔以及用于NTC热敏电阻的凹槽。我们在与翅片相同的装夹设置中加工这些特征,因此孔对翅片的位置公差为±0.02mm。我们可以攻丝M2至M12的螺纹,并可选择预涂螺纹锁固剂。对于需要真空密封的盲孔,我们使用成型丝锥以避免切屑残留。如果您的图纸有5个以上标注要求,请尽早发送——我们将指出任何与标准钻头尺寸冲突的公差。有关一般公差限制,请参阅我们的CNC加工公差指南

全球运输的包装与保护

我们先用VCI(气相防锈)纸包裹每个散热器,然后放入定制的泡沫内衬中固定翅片——确保纸板不接触翅片。空运时,使用通过2米跌落测试认证的瓦楞纸箱。海运时,增加木箱,内含干燥剂包和湿度指示卡。超过5kg的散热器配有吊装带。我们从东莞发货,2小时到达深圳机场,或1小时到达盐田港。每个箱子都有条形码,可追溯至CMM报告。
