为何电气触点选用黄铜:导电性与弹力

黄铜(C26000、C26800、C27200)的导电率为28% IACS——即每米2800万西门子。这比不锈钢高出40倍,仅比纯铜低15%。但工程师选择冲压黄铜端子的真正原因是弹力。我们在冲压过程中控制晶粒结构,使接触臂在10,000次循环后仍能保持80%的初始力。我们对每个模具批次进行此项测试。如果您需要更高的导电率,我们提供选择性镀银或镀锡选项,厚度增加0.2 µm至0.5 µm,且不改变基底尺寸。

消除毛刺和变形的模具设计

当毛刺高度超过0.05 mm或弯曲后平面度翘曲时,冲压端子即告失效。我们的级进模以每分钟300-600次的速度运行,但在关键弯曲区域会降至150 SPM。我们在接触尖端采用两步压印工艺——先粗成型,再以材料厚度的80%进行精压。这使毛刺高度低于0.03 mm,20 mm长度内的平面度在0.05 mm以内。模具钢为D2钢,淬硬至HRC 60,因此在需要轻微抛光前,可保持高达500,000次冲压的一致零件质量。

我们日常库存的材料和热处理

我们在厂内常备12吨黄铜带材——C26000半硬态、C26800弹簧硬态,以及C27200用于深拉延。您可预期的硬度范围为HRB 60至HRB 90(换算为HRC 20-25)。对于弹簧触点,我们使用铍铜(C17200),硬度为HRC 38-42,但标准黄铜系列出货最快。带材厚度范围为0.08 mm至3.0 mm,宽度最大250 mm。我们还库存磷青铜(C51000),用于高疲劳应用。如果您的图纸要求特定回火状态,我们会订购——但标准库存意味着您的首批样品可在72小时内发货。

每次发货前的测量和检验

每批产品——即使是100件样品——都要经过2.5D光学投影仪和数字千分尺的检测。我们测量每个零件的5个关键尺寸:接触间隙、端子宽度、弯曲角度、孔位和表面光洁度。对于超过10,000件的批次,我们使用全自动视觉系统,以每小时2,000件的速度100%检测所有零件。所有关键特性的Cpk保持在1.67以上。我们随每次发货附上完整检验报告,包括钢厂材料证书。如果发现任何超过±0.015 mm的偏差,整批产品将被隔离,并由我们承担费用重新生产。

紧密结合的电镀和表面处理选项

裸黄铜氧化很快——48小时内就会出现变色。因此我们提供三种标准表面处理:哑光镀锡(2-4 µm)、亮光镀锡(3-5 µm)以及仅在接触区域的选择性镀银(2-3 µm)。选择性电镀比全镀银节省30%的成本。我们还提供镍底镀层(1-2 µm)以防止铜迁移。电镀后表面粗糙度为接触面Ra 0.8,本体Ra 1.6。如果您的端子必须通过盐雾测试,我们按照ASTM B117标准进行48小时测试——标准通过标准为接触尖端无白色腐蚀。

我们如何实现7天交期且无最小起订量

大多数冲压厂报价4-6周,因为他们需要等待材料和模具钢。我们不需要。我们的模具车间备有20套预硬化模座和40个标准冲头固定座。对于新的端子形状,我们使用线切割EDM在3天内切割模具镶件,然后在第4天组装并试运行。首批样品在第5-7天发出。对于我们模具库中的现有模具——我们有超过1,500套活跃的端子模具——我们在48小时内发货。“无最小起订量”不是营销噱头。我们接受50件原型订单,单价与50,000件订单相同,因为我们的模具设置已自动化,换模时间仅需15分钟。

出口包装和防锈保护

冲压黄铜端子到达您的装配线时出现绿色腐蚀是一场噩梦。我们将每个卷盘或托盘用VCI(气相防锈)纸包装,然后用含硅胶的真空袋密封。对于编带包装,我们使用带密封盖的抗静电载带——黄铜不暴露于空气。每个卷盘根据尺寸可容纳1,500至5,000个零件,我们打印带有批号、日期和材料炉号的条形码标签。如果您需要套件组装(一个卷盘中混合多种端子类型),对于5,000件以上的订单我们免费提供。我们的出口纸箱为双层瓦楞,经过1.2米跌落测试。
