CNC加工基板平面度,确保IGBT最大接触面积

安装表面在五轴CNC加工中心上加工,300 mm长度内平面度达到0.02 mm。这避免了IGBT模块与散热器之间的气隙,这一点至关重要,因为即使0.05 mm的气隙也会使结温升高15°C。我们使用单点金刚石飞刀加工,实现Ra 0.8 µm的表面光洁度。这不是冲压或挤压件——每个散热片和通道均从实心6061-T6铝或C1100铜铣削而成。

针鳍与通道鳍几何设计,实现2,500 W散热能力

可选择针鳍阵列(直径3 mm,间距8 mm)用于全方位气流,或直通道鳍片(宽2.5 mm,深12 mm)用于管道冷却。我们的热仿真显示,300 mm x 300 mm铜针鳍版本的熱阻为0.05 °C/W。对于更高功率,我们在基板中加工均温板槽,深度精度为±0.05 mm。得益于12,000 RPM主轴和刚性夹具,鳍片高度最高可达80 mm而不变形。

硬质阳极氧化至45 HRC,涂层厚度25 µm

我们对铝制版本进行III型硬质阳极氧化处理,表面硬度达到45 HRC,介电击穿电压为800 V。涂层厚度为25 µm ± 5 µm,每批次均使用涡流测厚仪测量。该涂层在盐雾测试(ASTM B117)中可耐腐蚀336小时。对于铜制版本,我们采用镀镍表面处理——厚度5 µm——以防止氧化并保持可直接安装IGBT的可焊性。

螺纹嵌件与安装孔,位置度0.05 mm

我们预装不锈钢螺纹嵌件(M4、M5、M6)用于IGBT模块螺丝。这些孔的位置度保持在0.05 mm,确保模块完美对齐,不会对DBC基板产生应力。沉孔深度控制在±0.03 mm,确保螺丝头齐平安装。如果使用通孔,我们会在两侧进行0.2 mm倒角去毛刺——无尖锐边缘,避免组装时割伤电缆绝缘层。

5天从原型到量产,无起订量要求

发送STEP或IGES文件,我们将在5天内加工单个原型。由于这是无起订量的精密制造,您可以订购1件用于测试,或10,000件用于量产。我们在东莞的工厂配备40台CNC机床,24/7全天候运行,将您的零件与类似散热器合并生产以降低成本。对于200 mm x 200 mm铝制针鳍散热器,单价从$45(1件)降至$18(500件)。

材料可追溯性与热测试报告

每个散热器均附带材料证书(EN 10204 3.1),确认6061-T6铝或C1100铜的成分。我们还提供在定制测试台上测得的热阻测试报告——不仅仅是仿真数据。报告显示在0.5 m/s气流下,50 W、100 W和200 W功率时的温升数据。这些数据帮助您的热设计工程师验证系统性能,无需自行测试。我们保留每批次样品12个月以备追溯。

不同安装方式的表面处理选项

如果直接将IGBT焊接到散热器上,我们提供Ra 0.4 µm的裸铜表面和0.01 mm的平面度——经X射线检测验证,焊料空洞率降至2%以下。如果使用导热硅脂,我们提供哑光喷砂表面(Ra 1.6 µm),可增加硅脂附着力并防止泵出效应。对于卡扣安装,我们加工燕尾槽,平行度公差为0.02 mm。所有选项均可在相同基板设计上实现——只需在图纸中注明即可。

在开始切削金属之前,我们的热设计工程师会使用您的IGBT功率损耗、冷却液流量和环境温度进行稳态FEA仿真。我们模拟结壳热阻,并相应调整鳍片密度和基板厚度。例如,一个600 V/600 A IGBT模块,损耗1,200 W,需要12 mm的铜基板厚度和6 mm的鳍片间距——我们会在报价中给出此建议。此服务对所有询盘免费,FEA报告随最终散热器一并提供。
