深拉深如何避免焊缝和材料薄弱点

深拉深利用冲头将平面毛坯推入模具型腔,在一次连续冲程中成型杯子。无焊接、无钎焊、无接头。这意味着晶粒结构沿杯体轮廓分布,相比焊接组件,具有更高的爆破压力和更好的疲劳寿命。对于直径25 mm的304不锈钢杯,我们通常无需中间退火即可实现2.1的极限拉深比(LDR)。如果您的零件需要法兰、阶梯壁或底部冲孔,我们可在同一级进模工位完成——无需二次加工。

我们用于深拉深杯的材料和热处理工艺

我们采用来自认证钢厂的卷料——绝不使用随机库存。对于电气外壳,我们使用C1100铜和C17200铍铜。对于汽车和流体动力应用,我们拉深DC01、DC04和SPCC钢。对于医疗和食品接触应用,我们使用SUS 304、SUS 316L和AL 5052。如果您的杯子需要固定弹簧或密封件,我们可通过感应淬火将法兰区域硬化至HRC 45–50,同时保持杯体延展性以进行后续成型。对于薄壁杯(0.3 mm),我们采用多级拉深,并进行中间去应力退火——钢在650°C、铝在340°C——以防止开裂。

每批发货前我们执行的尺寸检测

每批产品均通过分辨率0.5 µm的三坐标测量机(CMM)检测。我们在三个深度检测内径、在两个高度检测外径、检测总高度、在圆周四个点检测壁厚,以及检测法兰平面度。跳动量在V形块上用千分表测量。对于关键表面,我们使用光学轮廓仪确认Ra 0.4 µm或更优。每批抽取一个样品进行切片和蚀刻,以验证晶粒流向——这不是目视检查,而是金相测试。每次发货均附带尺寸报告,包含实际测量值,而非仅通过/不通过的标注。

将杯子转化为成品零件的二次加工

拉深成型的毛坯杯很少是最终零件。我们使用精密冲孔模具添加侧壁孔、底部通气孔或键槽,孔位公差保持在±0.02 mm。我们可以卷制卷边以便安全布线,或在外径上增加滚花表面以实现压配合固定。如果需要内螺纹或螺纹凸台,我们在拉深后进行机加工,以避免杯壁变形。我们还提供电解抛光(Ra 0.2 µm)、阳极氧化(针对铝)和钝化处理(针对不锈钢)。所有二次加工均在厂内完成——无外包精加工,避免增加一周的物流时间。

原型杯与量产杯的对比

对于尚未最终确定的设计,我们提供使用机加工模具镶件的软模具。这能提供与量产模具相同的尺寸精度——±0.01 mm——但模具成本比硬模具低约40%。原型杯的交货期为7天。设计冻结后,我们将软模具转换为采用D2或M2钢制造、并涂覆TiN以提高耐磨性的硬化量产模具。量产模具以每分钟30–45冲次运行,我们可在50万件零件上保持相同公差,无需重新修模。如果您仍在评估材料选择,请参阅我们的CNC刀具选择指南,了解刀具几何形状如何影响拉深零件的表面质量。

热处理和电镀后的尺寸稳定性

深拉深杯在热处理过程中可能变形。我们通过在真空炉中进行去应力处理,以每小时50°C的受控冷却速率降至200°C来控制这一问题。这使大多数几何形状的变形量保持在0.01 mm以下。如果需要硬表面(例如用于凸轮从动件杯),我们采用520°C低温渗氮处理,形成0.3 mm的硬化层,硬度达HRC 58,同时保持芯部延展性。对于电镀(镍或铬),如果内径必须保持原始公差,我们会进行遮蔽。电镀后,我们重新检查跳动量和内径,如果电镀厚度改变了内径,则进行珩磨恢复至规格。这是标准工艺,而非特殊要求。

保持公差完好的包装和运输

深拉深杯刚性较好,但薄壁版本(低于0.5 mm)在运输中可能凹陷。我们将每层用瓦楞隔板分隔,然后用防静电泡沫包裹叠层。对于抛光表面的杯子,我们使用带VCI(气相防锈)片的独立塑料袋包装,以防止变色——尤其适用于铜和裸钢。出口包装符合ISTA 2A标准,我们会对每种新包装设计进行跌落测试后方可发货。对于空运,我们可在生产完成后3天内交付至深圳或广州机场。对于海运,我们与其他冲压件合并装运以节省运费,但绝不牺牲保护层。
