问:你们最小能冲多厚的材料?最大吨位是多少?

答:我们冲压设备吨位覆盖[25]吨至[180]吨,材料厚度从0.1mm至6.0mm均有成熟方案。具体请发图纸评估,我们给出最匹配的机台与模具方案。


问:模具属于谁?会额外收费吗?

答:模具费用按合同明确分摊或买断方式。若你买断模具,所有权归你,模具终身由我们免费保管与保养。若按分摊,达到约定冲次后免收模费。


问:量产后出现品质波动怎么办?

答:每批次首末件数据归档,SPC过程监控预警异常波动。若因我方制造原因造成的品质问题,无条件返工或补偿。


问:多品种小批量能做吗?

答:可以。我们设有快速换模系统和柔性排产机制,最小起订量灵活,欢迎发图确认。

金属冲压件常用材料清单

1. 冷轧钢板(SPCC/SPCD/SPCE)


SPCC: 最通用的冷轧钢,冲压成型性好,价廉。用途:电子设备机箱、支架、屏蔽罩壳体。


SPCD/SPCE: 深冲级,适合拉伸成型不开裂。用途:电机端盖、深腔壳体、复杂拉伸件。


2. 不锈钢(SUS304/SUS301/SUS316)


SUS304: 最常用,耐腐蚀耐热,冲压后无磁性。用途:电子弹片、弹簧夹、医疗设备支架。


SUS301: 可热处理强化,弹性好,硬度可调。用途:高弹性接触片、开关弹片、连接器端子。


SUS316: 耐酸碱能力更强。用途:半导体设备零件、化学环境用结构件。


3. 铜及铜合金(导电导热)


紫铜 T2: 导电率极高,延展性好。用途:电池汇流排、导电连接片、散热基板。


黄铜 H62/H65: 易冲压,耐磨损,可电镀。用途:电子接插件、端子、散热片扣具。

AL6061: 强度较高,可热处理,可阳极氧化。用途:机器人结构支架、散热片基板、受力框架。


AL1050/1060: 纯铝,导电导热好,极软易成型。用途:散热翅片、导电母排、电池极片。


5. 高强钢/合金钢(受力耐磨)


65Mn: 高碳弹簧钢,热处理后弹性极好。用途:卡簧、弹性垫圈、高受力弹片。


SK5/SK7: 碳素工具钢,高硬度耐磨。用途:刀片类冲压件、耐磨垫片、工装镶件。


42CrMo: 高强度合金钢,可热处理。用途:重载机械结构件、高强度紧固支架。

钛合金 TC4: 超轻、超强、生物相容。用途:高端医疗器械、航空航天精密支架。
