我们的25–400吨压力机如何在每次冲程中保持±0.01 mm精度

我们配备25吨高速压力机(最高600 SPM)和400吨级进模压力机,用于加工较大坯料。每台压力机均装有基于激光的模具保护系统,每3毫秒检测一次零件到位情况和材料送进状态。这正是我们能够在10万件以上批量中持续保持孔间公差±0.01 mm的原因——而不仅仅是首件。模具本身在厂内研磨至0.002 mm平行度,并且每50万次冲程重新认证一次。如果您需要无需返工即可直接装入CNC装配线的冲压件,这就是您所购买的重复精度。

适用于大批量生产的模具钢和表面涂层选项

您零件的边缘质量和尺寸稳定性取决于模具,而不仅仅是压力机。我们使用D2、M2以及ASP23等粉末冶金钢制造模具,在真空炉中淬硬至60–62 HRC。对于301或316L不锈钢等磨蚀性材料,我们在模具表面添加TiCN涂层,可将模具寿命延长3倍,并将毛刺高度控制在0.03 mm以下。在零件方面,我们可以提供钝化、锌镍电镀或化学镀镍,以满足最高500小时的盐雾测试要求。请告知您的材料和批量——我们会根据您的预算匹配模具钢和涂层,而不是套用通用标准。

我们日常加工的材料和热处理

我们常备最常用冲压等级的卷料库存:SPCC、SECC、SUS301、SUS304、5052铝、C1100铜和65Mn弹簧钢。其他材料,我们可在3天内从本地钢厂采购。热处理在我们自己的炉中进行——我们将65Mn淬火回火至40–48 HRC用于弹簧卡扣,并对铝件进行退火以消除深拉后的加工硬化。我们还为后续需要焊接的冷轧钢件提供去应力退火。每批硬度均使用洛氏硬度计进行验证,而不仅仅是首件样品。

每次发货前的检测:三坐标测量机和光学投影仪

每批产品均使用蔡司三坐标测量机检测关键尺寸,并使用基恩士光学投影仪检测边缘轮廓和折弯角度。标准件按AQL 2.5抽样检验,但对于汽车或医疗部件,我们可以使用您认可的定制检具进行100%全检。每份订单随附完整的尺寸检测报告、材质证明和硬度测试结果。如果零件超出您的图纸公差,我们不会发货——我们会重新生产该批次并承担快递费用。这就是我们的政策。

二次加工:攻丝、铆接和散热器组装

冲压很少在压力机工序就结束。我们在厂内进行攻丝(M1.6至M12)、锪孔、去毛刺和螺纹嵌件铆接。对于散热器应用,我们冲压铝制散热片,然后在洁净室中使用导热界面材料将其与铜底座组装。这样您可以订购完整的子组件——而不仅仅是松散的冲压件——从而减少供应商数量。我们还使用电阻焊机将螺柱或支架焊接到冲压件上,位置精度保持在±0.1 mm以内。

冲压件的包装和交付,确保零件完好到达

薄壁零件,尤其是厚度低于0.5 mm的零件,在运输过程中可能会弯曲。我们使用防静电托盘、瓦楞隔板和真空密封袋来保护敏感表面。对于小批量订单,我们使用带泡沫内衬的硬质纸箱发货。标准交期为:原型件7天(如果使用我们的标准模具则无需开模),模具确认后量产件15–20天。我们通过DHL、FedEx或从深圳港海运发货——由您选择。每个箱子都附有装箱单,标明零件号、批号和检验章。

成本构成:影响冲压件价格的因素

您的单价主要由三个因素决定:材料厚度和等级、模具复杂度以及年产量。厚不锈钢(2 mm以上)每公斤成本更高,但可能减少模具磨损。8工位级进模比简单落料模贵30%,但生产效率提高4倍。我们提供透明的报价,将模具费用与单件价格分开列出,并为您展示投资多工位模具的盈亏平衡产量。如果您不确定,我们建议从单工位模具和无起订量开始——在投入大批量模具之前先测试市场。
