面向大批量汽车生产的高寿命模具结构

我们使用D2或M2工具钢制造级进模,硬度淬火至58–62 HRC。每套模具均经过CNC加工和线切割,保持±0.005 mm的位置精度。这使得我们每套模具可冲压100,000件以上而不会失去尺寸稳定性。对于小批量或试生产,我们使用软模(铝或锌合金)以将模具成本控制在2,000美元以下。

底盘和支架部件的材料选择

汽车冲压要求强度和成形性兼备。我们常备SPCC、SPHC、DC01、DC04、301不锈钢和5052铝材。对于结构支架,我们使用屈服强度为340–780 MPa的高强度低合金(HSLA)钢。对于电池连接器,我们使用硬度为80 HRB的C1100铜。每卷材料均附带钢厂证书,确保材料可追溯性。

如何在5,000件中保持±0.01 mm公差

我们的25吨至400吨冲床以每分钟60–120次冲程运行。过程中检测每第50件产品的关键尺寸。我们使用分辨率为0.5 µm的三坐标测量机(CMM)验证孔位和折弯角度。毛刺高度控制在材料厚度的5%以内,符合汽车标准VDA 232-201。

汽车外观区域的表面光洁度和边缘质量

对于内饰支架或外露隔热罩,我们提供冲压面Ra 0.8 µm的表面光洁度。我们使用振动研磨机或机器人砂带轮对所有边缘进行去毛刺处理,消除可能在振动下扩展的微裂纹。可提供钝化或锌镍电镀(12–18 µm)以提高耐腐蚀性,经盐雾试验240小时验证。

每次发货前的检验流程

每批产品均经过三级检验流程。首先,操作员根据完整尺寸报告检查首件。其次,我们的QC团队每10箱抽检一箱,检查外观缺陷(划痕、凹痕、油渍)。第三,我们为汽车客户提供PPAP三级文件包,包括尺寸报告和材料证书。没有可追溯批号的产品不会出厂。

从原型到量产,无起订量限制

您可以订购1件或100,000件。我们在投入级进模之前,使用单冲模进行原型冲压以验证几何形状。原型交期为5天;量产交期在模具批准后15天。这种无起订量政策非常适合测试新汽车设计或更换过时零件。
