基座平面度消除导热膏间隙

大多数电源故障始于半导体与散热器基座之间的界面。若基座翘曲0.1mm,空气间隙将充当绝缘体,结温升高15–20°C。我们在三轴CNC上使用真空夹具加工每个电源散热器基座,然后在花岗岩平板平台上验证平面度。典型结果:长度达300mm的基座平面度为0.01–0.02mm。这意味着您的导热膏能发挥其作用——填充微观孔隙,而非补偿加工误差。

翅片几何:我们比挤压切割更薄、更紧密、更快

挤压散热器的翅片厚度限制约为1.2mm,且长尺寸下翅片间距会漂移。我们从实心棒料铣削翅片。最小翅片厚度为0.8mm,最小翅片间距为2.0mm,翅片高度公差控制在±0.05mm。对于150mm长的散热器,这比同类挤压件多出15%的表面积。更大的表面积意味着更低的热阻。我们还使用机器人刷对每个翅片边缘去毛刺——无锋利毛刺,避免组装时划伤双手。

材料选择:6061-T6用于成本,6063-T5用于阳极氧化,C1100用于极端工况

我们为电源散热器备有三种牌号。6061-T6是我们的默认选择:硬度95 HB,加工性能优异,导热系数良好(167 W/m·K)。若需黑色阳极氧化表面,我们改用6063-T5——其染料吸收更均匀,表面更光滑。对于持续高温运行的大电流整流桥,我们加工C1100铜(390 W/m·K,比铝好2.3倍)。对于铜材,我们建议采用镀镍表面以防止氧化。请告知您的散热量和风量,我们将推荐合适的材料和翅片密度。

安装孔、螺纹和螺柱:一次装夹完成钻孔和攻丝

您不希望单独钻孔安装孔——这就是跳动产生的根源。我们在一次CNC装夹中加工基座、翅片、安装孔和螺纹。我们的攻丝循环将螺纹深度控制在±0.05mm,并使用成型丝锥加工铝材以避免切屑堵塞。我们常加工的螺纹尺寸:M3、M4、M5和#6-32。我们还加工压入式螺柱用于PCB安装,每个螺柱的压入力为10–20 kg。若您的图纸指定螺钉头的台肩或沉孔,我们将其控制在±0.02mm。

表面处理选项:从裸铝到黑色阳极氧化Type II

裸铝散热器会自然氧化,降低发射率。对于自然对流,我们推荐透明阳极氧化(Type II,8–12μm),将发射率提高至0.8并防腐蚀。对于强制风冷,黑色阳极氧化(Type II,硫染料)提供相同的发射率且外观专业。我们还提供化学薄膜(Alodine)处理,适用于需要电气接地的应用。每批次均使用涡流测厚仪测试涂层厚度,并将数值记录在检验报告中。铜材不做阳极氧化——我们使用化学镀镍(5–8μm)替代。

每次发货前检验:附带CMM报告

每个电源散热器在出厂前均接受全面尺寸检查。我们使用蔡司CMM检测基座平面度、翅片间距和孔位。表面粗糙度仪检测基座Ra值。螺纹塞规验证每个攻丝孔。您将收到一份PDF检验报告,包含实测值与图纸标注的对比。若发现任何超出公差的偏差,该零件将被报废——我们从不发货“差不多”的零件。对于超过100件的批量生产,我们附带平面度和表面粗糙度的X-bar和R控制图。
