如何在高速冲床上保持±0.01 mm公差

大多数冲压厂声称公差严格,但依赖单工位模具。我们采用6-12工位的级进模,每个工位在料带通过时执行独立工序(冲孔、成型、压印、修边)。这消除了二次搬运误差。我们的冲床配备伺服驱动送料器,送料精度达±0.005 mm。模具组研磨至0.005 mm平行度,并使用硬质合金冲头以提高耐磨性——一套冲头可运行500万次冲程后才需重磨。对于关键孔到边尺寸,我们加装模内传感器,若料带位置偏移超过±0.008 mm,冲床自动停机。

我们日常加工的材料和热处理

我们常备12种卷料钢材和非铁合金。对于弹簧钢零件(如卡夹、固定件),我们使用C67S或65Mn,冲压后淬硬至42-48 HRC。对于结构支架,我们使用SPCC或SPFH540热轧酸洗钢。对于电子屏蔽件,我们使用304不锈钢或C17200铍铜。如果您的零件需要耐磨性,我们可以增加局部感应淬火(最高55 HRC)或真空炉整体淬火。我们还提供符合ASTM B633或QQ-P-35标准的镀锌、镀镍和钝化处理。每批热处理均附硬度测试报告——您获得的是实际读数,而非合规证书。

模具:您支付什么,保留什么

您的报价包含模具设计、模具制造和试模。我们不额外收取试模零件费用。模具组在付清全款后归您所有——如果您愿意,可以将其移至其他工厂。对于小批量原型,我们提供软模(铝或锌合金模具),成本为硬模的30%,寿命为5,000-20,000次冲程。对于大批量生产,我们使用D2工具钢或硬质合金镶件制造硬模,额定寿命500,000次以上。我们还免费将您的模具存放在恒温模具库中,并可在5天内根据设计修改进行调整。

冲压后的表面处理和平面度

冲压会在冲切边缘留下微观刀具痕迹和轻微圆角。我们通过三种方式控制这一点。首先,我们使用材料厚度5-8%的模具间隙——过紧会导致刀具磨损,过松会产生严重毛刺。其次,我们增加压印工位,将关键表面在100 mm长度内压平至0.02 mm平面度。第三,我们可以根据要求进行刷光或振动抛光,使零件达到Ra 0.4 µm。对于需要镜面效果的零件(如散热器底座),我们进行二次研磨抛光至Ra 0.1 µm。我们的标准冲压表面为Ra 0.8 µm,适用于大多数机械和电气应用。

每次发货前的检验

我们不仅依赖批次样品发货。每个生产批次均经过3阶段检验。阶段1:冲压操作员每小时使用塞规和硬度计进行过程检查。阶段2:每批5件在CMM(三坐标测量机)上进行全尺寸检测——我们检查所有关键尺寸、孔位和表面轮廓。阶段3:最终目视和功能检查,检查毛刺、划痕和污染。每次发货均附尺寸报告,列出实测值与您的图纸对比。如果您需要PPAP Level 3提交,我们在10个工作日内准备,不额外收费。我们的QC团队有12名检验员,使用可溯源至NIST标准的校准设备。

适合小批量订单的合理定价

我们知道许多冲压厂拒绝10,000件以下的订单。我们不会。我们的无起订量政策意味着您可以订购100件用于原型或维修。对于5,000件以下的订单,我们使用软模和较慢的送料速度,与大批量相比,单价增加约15%。对于50,000件以上的订单,我们改用硬质合金模具和高速冲床,单位成本降低最多40%。我们的报价系统将模具和零件分开定价,因此您可以与其他供应商进行无隐藏成本对比。如果您承诺月产量,我们还提供12个月价格锁定的年度合同。

从东莞到您码头的包装和物流

我们将冲压件用防锈纸包装,再装入瓦楞纸箱,最后置于托盘上。对于精密零件(薄弹簧夹、小型屏蔽件),我们使用分隔托盘以防止缠绕。每个箱子均贴有条形码和装箱单。对于出口,我们使用海运(FOB深圳或香港)、空运(DDP至主要机场)或快递(DHL/FedEx/UPS)。到洛杉矶的典型海运时间为14-18天;空运为3-5天。我们处理所有出口文件,包括商业发票、装箱单和原产地证书。对于紧急订单,我们可以将成品存放在保税仓库,并每周分批发货。

面向冲压的设计——我们需要您的图纸提供什么

请发送2D图纸(PDF或DWG)和3D模型(STEP或IGES)。我们将审查零件的冲压可行性——最小弯曲半径、孔到边距离和材料厚度限制。如果发现问题,我们将建议设计修改以降低模具成本或提高零件质量。例如,我们经常建议在弯曲附近增加释放槽以防止开裂,或将孔形从方形改为圆形以延长冲头寿命。我们在收到文件后24小时内提供DFM反馈。您无需成为冲压专家——我们的工程师会处理这部分。

您的最小起订量(MOQ)是多少?

我们的起订量为零——我们接受从1件到500万件的订单,但极小订单的单价较高,因为模具设置成本相同。
