为什么铜合金厚度和晶粒方向决定连接器的寿命

EV充电端子失效源于过热或疲劳裂纹,而非镀层不良。我们采用C11000、C17200和C5191带材进行冲压,厚度范围0.20 mm至3.00 mm。晶粒方向控制为与弯曲轴线平行——这可在10,000次插拔循环后防止微裂纹。对于高频充电(350 kW以上),我们推荐C17200铍铜,其在-40°C至+125°C反复热循环后仍能保持弹性模量。

硬度与热处理:匹配接触弹簧与插座

圆柱形插座端子需要弹簧梁在50 N插入力下不发生屈服。我们采用固溶退火C17200,然后时效硬化至HRC 38–45。对于插片端子,我们使用半硬C11000,硬度HRB 45–55,导电率保持在85% IACS以上。除非您指定更高的延展性用于压接,否则冲压后不进行软退火。每卷材料均可提供符合EN 10204 3.1的工厂检验证书。

冲压模具:如何在0.3 mm薄壁上保持±0.01 mm公差

端子靠近锁止窗口处有薄壁——这是公差容易超差的位置。我们的硬质合金级进模采用六工位导正,步距精度±0.005 mm。我们将冲头间隙研磨至材料厚度的4–6%(每侧)。结果:毛刺高度低于0.03 mm,接触面无卷边。您到货后可用三坐标测量机检测端子,其与我们的检验报告偏差在0.005 mm以内。

表面光洁度Ra 0.4 µm:为何只抛光接触区域

不要抛光整个端子——这会去除镍底镀层。我们选择性刷抛光公插片接触区域至Ra 0.4 µm,同时将压接筒保持Ra 1.6 µm以确保线缆握持力。然后仅在接触窗口施加选择性镀银(2–4 µm)或镀锡(3–5 µm)。与全镀相比,这可将镀层成本降低30%,并防止压接接头处的电偶腐蚀。

每次发货前检验:X射线、三坐标测量机和盐雾测试

我们使用蔡司三坐标测量机对关键接触尺寸进行100%全检,而非仅提供首件报告。每批次均按照ASTM B117对镀层端子进行盐雾测试(48小时,5% NaCl)。对于铍铜弹簧端子,我们进行360度弯曲测试和50,000次配合销插拔测试。每批次随附检验证书——不额外收费。若端子未通过三坐标检查,整卷材料将被拒收,而非仅剔除该条带。

包装与可追溯性:防变色袋与批次编码

铜在潮湿的东莞天气下数小时内即会变色。我们将端子装入VCI(气相防锈)袋,然后真空密封于带干燥剂的硬质纸箱中。每个箱子带有批次编码,可追溯至具体卷料批次、模具编号和操作员。对于自动化装配线,我们提供编带卷盘包装(符合EIA-481标准)或管装包装用于散装端子。运输通过DHL或FedEx,FOB深圳,附带完整报关文件。

如何指定端子规格而不过度增加成本
