双圈设计如何防止高循环机构中的扭矩衰减

单圈扭簧在反复偏转下,由于内部应力松弛,在10,000次循环内会损失高达15%的初始扭矩。我们的双圈设计将负载分散到两条独立螺旋线上,即使一个线圈发生微屈服,另一个线圈在100,000次循环后仍能保持额定扭矩的92%。我们使用定制测试台对每只弹簧进行测试,从自由角度到180°以60 RPM循环,每10,000次循环记录一次扭矩。结果:为凸轮复位、门铰链和离合器机构提供可预测的力——而非猜测。

我们用于实现48 HRC一致性的材料与热处理工艺

我们采用油淬铬硅钢(ASTM A401)或302不锈钢以适应耐腐蚀工况。线径范围为0.3 mm至12.0 mm。卷制后,我们在惰性气氛中于315°C热处理60分钟,然后淬火并回火至45–52 HRC硬度带——每批次均使用洛氏硬度计验证。对于高温应用,我们改用Inconel X-750并跳过回火步骤。本系列不使用硬拉钢丝,因其疲劳寿命低40%。

可供设计参考的偏转与扭矩数据

本系列每只弹簧的额定最大偏转角度为360°且无永久变形,我们根据您指定的精确工作角度计算弹簧刚度(N·mm/度)。我们的标准自由角度公差为±2°,但对于关键应用可控制在±0.5°。每笔订单均附带载荷图表——0°、90°、180°和270°下的扭矩——使用校准扭矩表测量。如果您的设计需要特定预紧力,我们会在制造过程中预设线圈以消除初始松弛,使首次循环与第100,000次循环一致。

表面光洁度与边缘圆角:Ra 0.4 µm为何重要

粗糙的钢丝表面会产生应力集中点,在循环载荷下导致裂纹。我们对每只弹簧使用0.3 mm钢丸进行喷丸处理,然后将端部研磨至0.1 mm平面圆角以防止缺口疲劳。最终表面光洁度为线圈本体Ra 0.4 µm、端部Ra 0.8 µm。对于医疗或洁净室部件,我们增加电解抛光以达到Ra 0.2 µm。我们使用轮廓仪对每个线圈的三个点进行表面粗糙度检测——而非仅目视检查。

每次发货前的检验:光学与载荷测试

任何弹簧出厂前均需通过三道检测关卡。第一步:光学比较仪以20倍放大检查自由角度、线圈直径和支腿位置。第二步:使用数字扭矩计进行载荷测试,拉至指定角度并记录实际扭矩——任何超出标称值±3%的弹簧均被拒收。第三步:对超过500件的批次进行磁粉探伤(MPI),以捕捉肉眼不可见的微裂纹。您将收到材料证书和带有可追溯批次号的三维尺寸报告。

出口包装与防腐蚀保护

弹簧使用VCI(气相防锈)纸包装并密封于聚乙烯袋中,可承受30天海运而不生锈。对于不锈钢,我们省略VCI并使用中性pH薄纸。我们采用带独立槽位的硬质纸板托盘包装——无散装翻滚——确保支腿和线圈不变形。每个箱子均贴有标签,包含您的零件号、批次ID以及链接至完整检验日志的二维码。

当您需要定制双圈弹簧时:我们需要您提供的信息

请发送图纸或草图,包含以下六个参数:线径、平均线圈直径、线圈数量、自由角度、支腿长度和旋向。如果您没有图纸,可寄送样品,我们将在24小时内进行逆向工程。我们支持左旋和右旋绕制,并可组合双圈与一体式支腿或焊接端部。对于特殊载荷——如仅30°行程的200 N·mm弹簧——我们会在切割钢材前通过仿真调整线径和线圈数量。

单价成本:无起订量与模具费豁免机制

对于线径在0.5 mm至6.0 mm之间的产品,我们不收取模具费——我们的CNC卷簧机已针对这些尺寸完成设置。对于较大线径(8–12 mm),一次性模具费为150美元,订单超过2,000件时予以免除。标准2 mm线径双圈弹簧在1,000件时的单价为0.18美元,在10,000件时降至0.11美元。作为东莞工厂,我们的报价包含所有出口文件费用,但不含运费。

对于10件小批量,如何验证扭矩精度?

我们使用校准扭矩计对全部10件弹簧进行测试,并向您发送每件的单独读数,而非仅提供平均值。

加急订单的实际交期是多久?

对于线径小于4 mm的产品,我们可在72小时内发货原型,但5,000件以上的量产订单仍需至少12天。
