我们实际控制的线径与弹簧几何参数

我们采用SWC(硬拉钢丝)或SWPB(琴钢丝)钢材成型独立袋装弹簧,线径范围1.2 mm至2.6 mm。弹簧外径范围45 mm至90 mm,自由高度最高可达200 mm。我们的CNC卷簧机将节距公差控制在±1.5%以内,总圈数偏差控制在±0.25圈。这并非手工卷制——每个弹簧均由伺服驱动成型机加工,重复精度在0.02 mm以内,确保您的装袋机不会因弹簧尺寸过大而卡机。

热定型与硬度范围,确保长使用寿命

卷簧完成后,每个弹簧在320°C下热定型20分钟,以消除内部应力。这能锁定弹簧几何形状并防止塌陷。最终硬度为HRC 42-48,采用洛氏硬度计在钢丝横截面上测量——而非表面(表面可能已脱碳)。如果您需要更高的抗疲劳性能以用于重型床垫,我们还可提供可选的回火处理至HRC 50。对于医疗或酒店级产品,我们可增加锌镍镀层(5-8 µm),以通过96小时盐雾测试。

袋装与织物粘合选项

我们提供裸弹簧或预装袋弹簧,袋材采用无纺聚丙烯(80 g/m²或100 g/m²)。织物采用超声波焊接而非胶粘,因此不会随时间出现粘合失效。袋宽可在60 mm至90 mm之间调节,我们还可预涂顶部和底部胶层,方便您的装配线使用。如果您使用喷胶系统,我们会涂覆脱模剂涂层,确保清洁粘合且不堵塞喷嘴。

压缩测试与永久变形数据

每批次按5%比例抽样(最少10件),并依据ASTM D395标准进行压缩永久变形测试。我们将每个弹簧压缩至自由高度的70%,在50°C下保持22小时,然后测量永久高度损失。典型结果为:永久变形率低于3%。我们还对每个样品进行载荷-变形曲线测试,报告25%、50%和75%压缩量下的力值——每次发货均附带打印图表。这些数据让您的质量团队无需逐一复测即可验证性能。

发货前的表面处理与防锈保护

裸弹簧表面涂覆轻质油膜(8-12 mg/m²),防止运输过程中生锈。如果您因后续焊接需要跳过涂油,我们可改用干燥磷酸盐涂层。钢丝表面平均粗糙度Ra为0.8 µm,符合弹簧钢标准。我们还可根据要求提供VCI(气相防锈)包装——无油、无残留,在潮湿集装箱中可安全保存60天。

每次发货前的检验

我们的QC实验室对每批次检查三项指标:线径(千分尺,每弹簧3个测量点)、自由高度(数字高度规,±0.1 mm)以及50%压缩量下的载荷(测力传感器,±1.5%)。包装前我们还进行100%目视检查,确保无袋破和弹簧错位。若任何样品不合格,整批将重新分选并复测——我们绝不发运部分批次。发货后24小时内,我们会将包含Cpk值的完整检验报告通过电子邮件发送给您。

适合您装配线的包装与物流

我们使用加固纸箱包装弹簧(每箱500-800件,视尺寸而定),层间加隔板防止缠绕。散装弹簧采用热缩膜捆扎,每捆100件。托盘最大装载40箱,高度1.6 m,重量不超过800 kg——适合海运。样品通过DHL或FedEx在7天内发货;量产订单可走海运(至美国/欧洲15-20天)或空运(5天)。我们负责处理出口文件,包括原产地证书和装箱单。

我们的弹簧如何适配您的床垫设计

如果您正在设计新的床垫系列,可使用我们的标准弹簧排布方案:边缘弹簧(更粗线径,2.2 mm钢丝)和中心支撑弹簧(1.6 mm钢丝)可在同一批次中混装。我们还可制作沙漏形或桶形弹簧用于分区支撑——只需发送图纸即可。对于刚接触弹簧规格的工程师,我们的CNC刀具选择指南有助于理解刀具对卷簧成型的影响,而我们的CNC加工公差指南则解释了图纸上引用的公差等级。
