我们如何切削螺纹而非滚压螺纹

滚压螺纹会压缩晶粒结构;切削螺纹则干净地切断它。对您的应用而言,这意味着螺纹根部无加工硬化裂纹,也无在循环载荷下扩展的微撕裂。我们在CNC车床上采用单点车削加工螺纹,螺距最小可达M1.6,或在我们的DMG MORI五轴加工中心上进行螺纹铣削,适用于盲孔和断续切削。节径跳动控制在0.01 mm——比DIN 13 6g级允许值严格50%。如果您的装配采用扭矩-屈服策略,切削螺纹能提供更可预测的摩擦系数,因为表面光洁度一致,Ra 0.8 µm,而非滚压螺纹的随机峰谷。

我们用于紧固件工况的材料和热处理

我们常备12.9级合金钢(AISI 4140)、17-4 PH不锈钢和Inconel 718,适用于高温或腐蚀环境。对于铝制紧固件,我们使用7075-T6而非6061,因为它提供572 MPa的屈服强度,并在反复装配下更好地保持螺纹。热处理在厂内真空炉中完成:4140经淬火和回火至36-40 HRC用于一般工况,或44-48 HRC用于剪切关键连接。17-4 PH时效至H900状态(40-44 HRC)。每批次在每炉载荷中取三个样品进行硬度测试——我们记录曲线,而不仅仅是峰值。

螺纹检测:节径和功能性通止规

我们不依赖单一环规。每个CNC加工螺纹紧固件通过三种方式检测:螺纹千分尺测量节径、符合ISO 1502的功能性通止规,以及20倍放大下的轮廓投影仪测量牙侧角。对于关键航空航天或医疗紧固件,我们增加三坐标测量机(CMM)扫描完整螺纹轮廓——每侧30个点——并将报告以PDF格式发送给您。如果您设计压配或过盈螺纹,我们可以将节径控制在±0.005 mm,比任何标准等级都严格。这就是为什么需要螺栓兼作定位销的工程师会来找我们。

影响疲劳寿命的表面处理选项

裸机加工钢件Ra 0.8 µm为标准配置。对于耐腐蚀性,我们提供锌镍镀层(符合ASTM B117的1200小时盐雾测试)或三价铬钝化。但如果您的紧固件承受循环弯曲,我们推荐8-10 A强度的喷丸处理,它压缩表面层,与未喷丸零件相比将疲劳极限提高30-40%。对于不锈钢紧固件,我们提供电解抛光至Ra 0.2 µm——这能去除导致304零件锈迹的游离铁污染。每个选项均在热处理后应用,因此涂层不影响硬度。

交期分级及我们如何超越10天标准

处理非标准头部样式和驱动类型

标准六角头很简单。但您的设计可能需要防盗12角星形头、驱动深度超标准的内六角圆柱头螺钉,或带特定支承面角度的法兰头。我们全部从实心材料加工,因此无模具费用,也无最小形状限制。我们曾为微型光学支架切削0.5 mm六角套筒宽度的头部,也曾制造300 mm长的带肩螺栓,肩部与螺纹之间同心度0.005 mm。只要您能在SolidWorks或STEP中绘制,我们就能报价——即使它不在任何紧固件目录中。
