我们如何无变形切削花键齿

根据数量和硬度,我们采用两种方法。对于软加工轴(热处理前),我们使用定制磨削的成形刀具逐齿单点铣削。对于淬硬毛坯,我们改用CNC车床上的动力刀具进行旋风铣或刮削。两种方法均可将齿面轮廓偏差控制在0.008 mm以内,100 mm花键长度上的累积齿距误差控制在0.012 mm以内。

热处理变形是长轴加工中最大的风险。我们在粗车后进行去应力处理,然后半精加工,再淬火,最后精磨外径和齿面。这一工序顺序可确保长度达600 mm的轴上花键节圆与轴承轴颈之间的跳动量控制在0.005 mm以内。

我们使用的材料和热处理工艺

我们交付的大多数花键轴采用4140、4340、8620或17-4PH不锈钢。对于渗碳零件,我们指定渗碳层深度为0.8–1.2 mm,表面硬度58–62 HRC。对于整体淬火轴,我们以28–32 HRC为目标以获得韧性,或以45–50 HRC为目标以获得齿面耐磨性。

每次发货前的检验

每根轴均在带旋转工作台的Zeiss三坐标测量机上进行检测。我们测量外径、内径、跨棒距齿厚、导程误差和分度误差。跳动量使用0.001 mm千分表在顶尖间检测。表面光洁度使用便携式粗糙度仪在齿面和轴颈区域进行验证。

我们随每次发货附上完整的检验报告,包括三坐标测量数据表和材料证书。如果尺寸超出公差,我们不会发货——我们会在内部返工或报废。过去12个月我们的不合格率为0.4%。

我们加工的最大尺寸和花键轮廓

我们加工的花键轴外径范围为6 mm至200 mm,长度范围为20 mm至800 mm。模数范围为0.5至6,齿数从6到60。我们加工渐开线、直边和锯齿形轮廓,包括用于补偿不对中的鼓形花键。

对于长度超过500 mm的轴,我们使用中心架和尾座支撑以防止挠曲。我们还加工过在一根棒料上带有多个花键段的阶梯花键轴——例如,两端具有不同模数的两段式花键。这在分动箱和农业PTO轴中很常见。

超越Ra 0.8的表面光洁度选项

标准花键齿面光洁度为Ra 0.8 µm。对于高周疲劳应用,我们可以将齿面磨削或抛光至Ra 0.4 µm,与Ra 1.6 µm相比,疲劳强度约提高15%。轴承轴颈和密封面始终磨削至Ra 0.4 µm或更好。

如果您需要磷化处理、发黑处理或锌镍镀层,我们可在内部或通过我们认证的本地供应商完成。涂层在最终磨削后施加,因此不会影响花键几何形状。对于不锈钢轴,我们提供电解抛光以去除微小毛刺并提高耐腐蚀性。

包装和出口文件

每根轴均单独用VCI防锈纸包裹,放入带泡沫内衬的木箱中并捆扎固定。对于超过400 mm的长轴,我们使用带泡沫支架的加固胶合板箱。我们还在箱内附上一份纸质检验报告和材料证书。

所有出口文件——商业发票、装箱单和原产地证书——均由我们的货运团队准备。我们根据您的紧急程度通过DHL、FedEx或海运发货。对于原型件,DHL快递通常在检验后3-4个工作日内送达美国或欧洲。

我们如何处理紧密公差等级

如果您的图纸指定DIN 5480 7e级或ANSI B92.1 5级,我们会相应调整加工参数。对于5级,我们在热处理后对齿面进行精磨。这虽然较慢,但可将齿厚变化控制在0.005 mm以内,表面光洁度达到Ra 0.2 µm。

我们还在发货前使用花键综合量规——包括通规和止规——检查配合。这确认了实际配合等级,而不仅仅是尺寸数据。如果您需要配套的花键毂或衬套,我们也可以加工以确保配合。

加急订单和原型政策

我们保留两台CNC车床和一台5轴铣床专用于原型加工。对于使用标准材料(1045或4140)的单件,我们可在3个工作日内发货。对于10-50件,预计7-10个工作日。500件以上的批量订单通常需要3-4周,包括热处理和磨削。

标准花键轮廓无最小起订量。我们接受单件原型并扩展到您的批量需求。对于重复订单,我们保留您的CNC程序和检验夹具,因此第二批订单总是更快、更便宜。

请将花键轴图纸的PDF或STEP文件发送给我们。请包括花键标准(DIN、ANSI、JIS)、模数、齿数、压力角和配合等级。如果您有偏好,还请指定材料和硬度。如果您没有图纸,请寄送样品零件,我们的工程师将逆向工程花键几何形状。
