凸轮板和滑轮如何保持电缆运动顺畅

当滑轮孔或凸轮槽出现哪怕0.02 mm的椭圆度时,健身器械就会失效。这一缺陷会增加摩擦、拉伸电缆,并让用户在中途感到“卡顿”。我们使用4轴CNC铣床加工凸轮板槽,并使用Zeiss CMM对照原始DXF文件验证整个轮廓。孔跳动度控制在0.01 mm总指示读数(TIR)以内。对于滑轮,我们在一次装夹中加工两个法兰面——这保证两个表面在0.005 mm以内平行。您在装配时无需垫片或铰孔。

如果您的设计使用键槽轴,我们采用拉削或线切割加工至H7配合。如果使用六角驱动,我们用成型刀具加工六角,并用通止规检查。每个旋转零件,如果外径超过80 mm且转速高于300 RPM,都会进行动平衡测试。

承重零件使用的材料和热处理

您的配重片导杆需要直线度,而不仅仅是硬度。我们从1045碳钢或4140合金钢开始,无心磨削至0.005 mm直线度,然后感应淬火至50–55 HRC。硬化层深度最小为1.5 mm。对于腿举机上的枢轴销和车轴,我们使用4340钢,油淬回火至38–42 HRC——足以抵抗弯曲,但又不会脆到在冲击载荷下断裂。对于非结构支架和罩壳,我们使用6061-T6铝,配合硬质阳极氧化涂层(50 µm)以提高耐刮擦性。不锈钢304可用于户外或海水环境健身器材。

热处理在我们的真空炉内完成。我们不用外部供应商,因为运输可能导致表面脱碳。每批产品在三个不同位置进行硬度测试——钢用洛氏C,铝用布氏——数值打印在检验证书上。

耐汗液和防滑粉的表面处理选项

健身房环境具有腐蚀性:汗液、湿气、防滑粉和清洁化学品。裸铝会腐蚀,因此我们默认采用两步表面处理:喷砂(Ra 1.6 µm),然后进行黑色、透明或定制RAL颜色的Type II阳极氧化。阳极氧化层厚度为18–25 µm,可抵抗500小时的盐雾测试(ASTM B117标准)。对于钢制零件,我们提供锌镍镀层(8–12 µm),可提供720小时的中性盐雾测试抵抗力——远优于标准镀锌。如果您的零件有螺纹孔,我们会在电镀前进行遮蔽,这样您无需在收货后使用丝锥清理螺纹。

对于可见的美观零件——如划船机前罩或哑铃架侧板——我们可以进行拉丝或镜面抛光。6061-T6的镜面抛光可达Ra 0.2 µm,但表面较软,因此我们建议仅用于装饰罩壳,而非接触表面。

每次发货前的检验:CMM、硬度和跳动数据

每个零件——不是抽样,而是每一件——都通过校准量具进行尺寸检查。对于关键特征(孔径、槽宽、轴径),我们使用分辨率为0.5 µm的三坐标测量机(CMM)。对于圆柱零件的跳动,我们使用V形块和千分表。对于螺纹质量,我们在每个孔上使用螺纹塞规和螺纹环规。检验报告包括:材料证书(EN 10204 3.1)、硬度值、与您图纸GD&T对比的尺寸结果,以及表面粗糙度Ra读数。

我们还进行100%的3倍放大目视检查,检查毛刺、刀具痕迹和阳极氧化缺陷。任何有超过0.5 mm划痕或磕碰的零件都会被挑出返工或报废。您不会收到“差不多”的零件。您收到的是能一次通过来料检验的零件。

交期、起订量以及我们如何处理您的原型

无起订量。这不是笔误。您可以发送一张图纸,让我们加工一个原型滑轮,我们就会为您加工。单件成本当然更高,但工装设置是相同的。原型交期为图纸确认后7天。批量生产——比如200到5000件——需要15到20天,具体取决于您的特征集的循环时间。我们在仓库中常备4000+公斤的6061-T6和4140棒材,标准直径包括25.4 mm、38.1 mm、50.8 mm和76.2 mm。如果您的材料是标准的,我们会在您批准报价的当天开始切割。

对于紧急订单,我们可以分批发货:50件通过空运(3天到美国),其余通过海运。您只需支付分批空运部分的费用。我们曾为一位跑步机发布日无法推迟的客户这样做过。

针对健身零件的可制造性设计建议
