ER16夹头系统如何无跳动夹持刀具

ER16夹头刀柄采用锥形夹头,当夹头螺母拧紧时,夹头径向压缩。ER16夹头的8槽设计允许均匀弹性变形,沿刀具柄部全长夹紧。这使夹持力均匀分布,即使在20,000 RPM转速下也能将跳动保持在0.005 mm以下。夹头螺母具有精密磨削的30度内锥面,与刀柄端面匹配,因此夹紧力矢量直接指向主轴,而非侧向。

与液压或热缩刀柄不同,ER16弹簧夹头刀柄可用单把扳手快速更换刀具。您可以在10秒内将铣刀从6 mm更换为8 mm。夹头螺母加工有两个平面,适用于标准27 mm开口扳手,螺纹磨削至ISO 15488-B级,确保螺母安装无摆动。

刀柄本体和螺母使用的材料及热处理

刀柄本体由AISI 4140铬钼钢制成,我们在加工前将其预硬化至HRC 28-32。CNC车削和铣削后,我们对锥面和螺纹区域进行感应淬火至HRC 58-62。这为夹头座提供耐磨表面,同时本体保持韧性以吸收重切削时的振动。夹头螺母由20CrMnTi渗碳钢制成,渗碳深度0.8-1.2 mm,硬化至HRC 58-62。渗碳层深度可防止在70-80 N·m的重复拧紧扭矩下螺纹剥落。

夹头本身由65Mn弹簧钢制成,回火至HRC 44-48以保证弹性恢复。我们使用线切割EDM加工夹头槽,留下无毛刺边缘,槽宽0.5 mm ±0.05 mm。这确保夹头均匀闭合,在50,000次以上循环后不开裂。所有原材料证书均可追溯至炉号,我们可随每批货物提供。

ER16锥面的关键尺寸和公差控制

ER16夹头刀柄鼻端锥面磨削至30度夹角,公差为±0°5'。锥面经外圆磨削,圆度0.002 mm,锥面与柄部之间的同心度控制在0.005 mm。夹头螺母螺纹为M27x1.5,6H级,中径公差0.032 mm。我们每批均使用三坐标测量机(CMM)和Talyrond圆度仪进行测量。

柄部直径为16 mm h6,适配大多数主轴中的标准ER16夹头刀柄。标准刀柄总长为60 mm,但我们可以定制40 mm至120 mm的任何长度。后端面平磨至0.002 mm平面度,确保与主轴端面平整贴合。如果您需要不同柄部直径,如20 mm或1/2英寸,我们也可以加工——只需发送您的图纸。

每次发货前检验:跳动、硬度和表面光洁度

我们发货的每个ER16夹头刀柄均经过5步检验。首先,使用数字量角器检查锥角。其次,将精密测试棒装入夹头,使用0.001 mm千分表测量鼻端和距鼻端50 mm处的跳动。第三,使用洛氏硬度计测试锥面和螺纹的硬度。第四,使用便携式粗糙度仪测量锥面表面光洁度,目标Ra 0.4 µm。第五,将夹头螺母拧紧至75 N·m,重新检查跳动以确认组件稳定。

我们保留每批的检验报告副本,并随货物发送。如果您需要完整的材料证书或带CMM数据的尺寸报告,我们可以免费提供。我们的质检团队会拒绝任何跳动超过0.006 mm的零件——我们不会发送临界零件。这就是为什么我们在德国、日本和美国的客户无需来料检验即可重复订购。

交期、起订量和主轴定制螺纹选项

标准ER16夹头刀柄(16 mm柄部和M27x1.5螺母螺纹)7天内发货。如果您需要螺母上的定制螺纹,如M25x1.5或左旋螺纹,交期延长至15天,因为我们使用单点CNC车床切削螺纹然后磨削。标准尺寸无起订量——您可以订购1件用于原型测试,或500件用于生产。定制设计起订量为10件,但刀具成本为零,因为我们使用现有CNC程序。

我们还提供刀柄本体镀镍版本以增强耐腐蚀性,交期增加2天。如果您需要内冷版本,我们可以在刀柄和夹头中心钻3 mm冷却孔,但这需要定制夹头设计。标准ER16夹头不支持内冷;您需要带冷却孔的ER16夹头,我们可以采购或加工。
