定制CNC夹头 自动车床60型圆孔夹头

我们使用CNC车床和内圆磨床加工内孔。六角轮廓采用线切割加工,以保持尖角清晰。每只夹头在包装前均使用六角通止规单独检测。

1. 批次可追溯的质量。 每批产品均有唯一炉号。材质证书保存5年。如有问题,可追溯到具体的炉次和加工班次。无任何模糊之处。

2. 每批附检测报告。 您将获得包含三坐标测量数据、硬度读数和表面粗糙度值的完整尺寸报告。这不是泛泛的合格证,而是逐项对应您图纸标注的检测报告。

3. 一家工厂完成CNC+冲压+弹簧+散热器。 您不只是采购一只夹头。您获得的是一家还能制造固定夹头的弹簧、安装夹头的冲压件以及冷却主轴的散热器的供应商。更少的供应商,更少的物流麻烦,统一的质量标准。

问:如何控制公差和质量? 答:内孔采用CNC磨削,六角槽采用线切割EDM加工。每只夹头均使用三坐标测量机和六角通止规检测。检测报告随货附上。

问:交期多长? 答:标准尺寸:7-10个工作日。定制材料或特殊热处理:12-15个工作日。我们通过DHL或FedEx门到门发货。

问:能否提供材质证明? 答:可以。我们提供原材料钢厂证书和我方热处理报告。两者均可追溯到您的批次。
