项目背景与挑战

一家医疗器械OEM带着一个进入更高产量的注射笔项目来找我们。该笔在剂量设定机构上使用扭簧:用户旋转旋钮选择剂量,弹簧上紧,并以一致的手感使机构复位。现有的弹簧符合图纸,但OEM无法获得他们提交监管审批并扩大到每月30万件所需的疲劳数据或扭矩一致性。满足图纸和为医疗文件证明零件是两项不同的工作。
