模具导正销与料带导向:保持定位精度

模具导正销的实际作用

级进模分阶段成形零件。第一工位冲一个小孔;后续工位使用该孔来定位料带,以便修边、成形和切断落在正确位置。导正销是两者之间的桥梁。当模具闭合时,导正销进入冲孔并物理地将料带拉入对齐。只有在导正销啮合后,切割或成形冲头才开始工作。

两个数值决定导正销性能:啮合量和间隙。啮合量是导正销在工作冲头开始切割前进入孔的距离。如果啮合量太短,料带仍可能浮动,冲头会划伤边缘。间隙是导正销直径与孔径之间的间隙。太紧,导正销卡住或磨损孔;太松,导正销无法定位。两者都是有意设置的,不是偶然的。

导正销也保护模具。如果料带送错——送料短、送料长或无料带——导正销要么防止压力机压在工作上,要么设计成先断裂,作为廉价的牺牲件,而不是损坏昂贵的冲头。这种保护功能就是为什么导正销设计和误冲检测属于同一话题。

导正销类型及使用时机

直接导正销安装在工作冲头内或旁边,提供最紧的定位,因为基准和工件尽可能接近。间接导正销位于单独的导正销板上,当冲头旁边没有空间时使用。权衡很简单:直接导正销磨削和对齐成本更高,但定位更好;间接导正销灵活但增加一块板需要维护。

头部形状的选择比大多数买家意识到的更重要。锥形或子弹头让导正销即使送料器偏差几百分之一毫米也能找到孔,然后将料带引导到中心。直头不提供自定心,如果料带到达时未对齐,会剪切孔边缘。在以每分钟300冲程运行的模具中,这种差异是稳定工艺和废品堆之间的区别。

间隙与配合:如何设定精度

间隙数值是大多数精度问题所在。比孔径小0.02 mm的导正销提供紧密、可重复的配合,磨损最小。打开到0.10 mm,料带可以游走那么多,因此每个下游工位都继承误差。我们根据冲孔公差设定导正销间隙,而不是根据经验法则,因为两者必须一起移动。如果冲孔冲头被重新磨削,孔会稍微变大,导正销应在下一个维护周期重新检查。

硬度是另一个安静的因素。58–62 HRC的导正销抵抗一次又一次冲程中与孔壁摩擦的磨粒磨损。软导正销会蘑菇化,有效直径增大并开始拖拽。这表现为长时间运行后孔变大,看起来像冲孔问题,但实际上是导正销问题。我们的冲压模具维护指南涵盖了重新检查周期。

料带导向与抬升

导正销设定模具内的位置;料带导向控制工位之间的料带。三个组件完成工作:

  • 导料板在料带通过时保持其居中,通常为轨道或通道,每侧间隙0.05–0.15 mm。
  • 抬升器或脱料板在上行时抬起料带离开导正销和冲头,以便送料器可以推进而不会拖拽。
  • 导正销释放时机让料带仅在导正销完全退出时移动。

如果抬升器没有将料带完全抬离导正销,送料器会与模具对抗,料带弯曲,从而影响下一个工位。如果导向太紧,料带会屈曲;太松,会横向歪斜。两种故障看起来都像“模具不准确”,但解决办法在导向,而不是切割。

料带抬升高度是一个经常设置错误的数值。抬升太少,料带拖拽在导正销上;太多,料带可能跳动或失去侧向定位。典型的1–3 mm抬升,与料带厚度和导正销长度匹配,保持料带自由而不失去控制。对于非常薄的料带,弹簧导正销结合受控抬升器通常是答案。

公差、模具及发送内容

制造良好的级进模的工位间定位保持 ±0.05 mm;紧密、维护良好的模具与直接导正销在关键特征上可达到 ±0.02 mm。这些数值取决于导正销链正确、料带一致和送料器可重复。料带直线度和镰刀弯也很重要:镰刀弯差的卷料无论导正销多好都会送料歪斜,这就是为什么我们在长时间运行前检查来料。
