弹簧预压与定型:交付前稳定载荷

预压的实际作用

何时需要预压

四种情况需要将预压作为标准工序。高载荷精度:如果您的装配公差取决于给定高度下的弹簧载荷,请进行预压,否则载荷会在装配后漂移。有限的工作空间:预压弹簧在相同空间内承载更大载荷,因为它从更短的自由长度开始——这通常是将力纳入空间的唯一方法。动态或高循环使用:连续循环的弹簧必须预压,否则早期循环的定型会增加应力并缩短疲劳寿命。最小密实高度设计:当弹簧在使用中触底(压缩至密实)时,预压可防止其在这些事件中变短并改变机构。对于原型和非关键弹簧,可以跳过预压——但要在图纸上注明,以免制造商给您带来更短的自由长度或在现场沉降的载荷。

载荷与长度的权衡

预压会改变几何数值,这会让将报价与未预压样品进行比较的买家感到意外。将绕制到给定长度的弹簧预压后,自由长度会缩短定型量——通常为自由长度的3-10%,高应力和细线材时更多。如果图纸同时规定了自由长度和工作高度下的载荷,弹簧制造商会将其绕制得更长,进行预压,并以规定的自由长度和规定的载荷交付——绕制长度和交付自由长度是不同的数值。始终提供交付自由长度和载荷;让制造商管理绕制和预压。如果您只给出自由长度而没有载荷要求,您将收到一个随其沉降而定的弹簧——并且您可能会发现载荷不是您机构所需的。

预压与疲劳寿命
