自由长度与公差:工厂能保证什么

简短回答:自由长度公差是弹簧工厂在成品弹簧无负载长度上实际能保证的窗口——通常对于25 mm压缩弹簧,标准生产为±0.5 mm,当图纸要求时可收紧至±0.15 mm或更好。这不是一个可以随意选择的数字;它是线径变化、卷簧机分辨率、去应力移动和端部处理的总和。在东莞BQUQ,我们在12个工作小时内报价压缩、拉伸和扭转弹簧,并说明我们将保证的自由长度公差,而不是图纸上看起来好的那个。

自由长度到底是什么?

自由长度是弹簧在无负载、无约束状态下的总轴向长度。对于压缩弹簧,它是从一个磨平端面到另一个端面的距离,没有任何东西推动它。对于拉伸弹簧,它是从一个钩子内侧到另一个钩子内侧的长度。对于扭转弹簧,通常由本体长度加腿配置代替,因为重要的“自由”尺寸是角度,不是线性。

自由长度是参考尺寸,不是性能尺寸。您的装配实际关心的通常是以下三件事之一:

  • 安装长度——装配闭合时弹簧所处的长度,这决定了预载。
  • 负载长度——工作挠度下的长度,这决定了工作力。
  • 密实高度——完全压缩时的长度,这决定了弹簧是否在机构之前触底。

自由长度重要,因为它是来料检验台上最容易测量的尺寸,也是上游任何变化时都会偏移的尺寸。自由状态下长1 mm的弹簧可能仍然完美达到其安装负载——也可能不。您在自由长度上写的公差是您愿意接受的负载变化的代理。

为什么自由长度在制造过程中会漂移

线材切割后,有四件事会移动自由长度:

1. 线径变化。弹簧线材是按公差拉制的,不是精确尺寸。1.0 mm线材上±0.02 mm的波动会改变线圈直径,从而改变给定长度内能容纳的圈数。

2. 卷绕张力和节距设置。机器机械或通过伺服设置节距。线材进给和凸轮定时的微小变化会改变热处理前的卷绕长度。

3. 去应力。低温去应力释放卷绕产生的残余应力,通常会使压缩弹簧略微缩短。量取决于材料、线径和炉循环。

4. 端部磨削和定型。磨削从端部线圈去除材料;“定型”或预压操作故意将弹簧压缩超过密实以稳定长度。两者都会改变最终自由长度。

不控制这四点的工厂会报一个宽公差并希望。控制它们的工厂可以重复地保证紧公差。

工厂实际能保证什么公差?

下表是我们对常见材料(琴钢丝、不锈钢、油淬火铬硅)冷卷弹簧的标准生产能力。这些是生产计划的指示性数字,不是未经图纸审查就能假设的规格。

注意两点。首先,公差随长度缩放——在120 mm弹簧上要求±0.1 mm是要求不同的制造路线,而不是更紧的检验。其次,“收紧”列可实现但成本更高,因为它意味着100%长度分选、预压或更慢的卷绕循环。

自由长度公差如何转换为负载公差

这是大多数图纸出错的部分。自由长度公差和负载公差通过弹簧刚度关联。如果您独立指定自由长度窗口和负载窗口,您可能指定了物理上不可能的组合。

一起读最后两行。在刚性弹簧上,将长度公差减半是使负载变化减半的唯一实用方法——或者您接受负载窗口并打开长度窗口。没有第三种选择不涉及改变弹簧刚度或安装长度。

自由长度公差因弹簧类型而异吗?

是的,而且显著。端部条件改变了可测量和可控的内容。

压缩弹簧

压缩弹簧最容易保证,因为自由长度是两个磨平端面之间的单一轴向尺寸。闭合且磨平端部提供最佳控制;闭合不磨平端部更便宜,但线端几何增加分散。开口端部用于从不平放的弹簧,不应带有严格的自由长度标注。

拉伸弹簧

拉伸弹簧更难。自由长度在钩子内侧测量,钩子几何——环位置、弯曲半径、初始张力——增加了与线圈本体无关的变化。实用方法是严格公差本体长度,更宽松地公差包括钩子的总长度,然后用 gauge 控制钩子位置。

扭转弹簧

扭转弹簧最难表示为长度。有意义的自由状态尺寸是本体长度、内径、腿角和腿长。本体长度公差行为像压缩弹簧自由长度;腿角通常以度公差,是实际驱动装配配合的尺寸。我们的扭转弹簧生产线在同一图纸上处理本体长度和腿角标注。

为什么比必要更紧是成本,不是优点

自由长度每收紧一步都会增加成本。在中型压缩弹簧上从±0.5 mm到±0.15 mm通常意味着以下一项或多项:

  • 更慢的卷绕,使用过程中长度检查而不是批量抽样
  • 去应力后的预压或“定型”操作
  • 100%长度测量,手动或自动分选
  • 卷绕线上更高的废品率,计入单位成本

如果装配不需要,这些都不会改善装配。正确的问题不是“你能保证多紧?”而是“我的机构能容忍多少负载变化?”从那里倒推。

我们给买家的两条实用规则:

1. 只有当弹簧坐在硬止挡上时才公差自由长度。如果安装长度由外壳设定,自由长度变化直接转换为预载变化。如果弹簧由螺钉或可变间隙压缩,自由长度重要性小得多。

弹簧过度压缩时会发生什么

自由长度公差还与弹簧行程多远相互作用。将压缩弹簧推过其设计挠度,它会屈服——自由长度永久增长,每个后续循环从不同的基线开始。这就是预压存在的原因:它故意在控制下诱导一次屈服,以便客户收到的弹簧已经稳定。机制在我们的弹簧过载和屈服文章中解释。

如何在图纸上写自由长度

工厂能快速报价并可靠保证的图纸通常包含:

  • 自由长度作为基本尺寸,带有明确公差,不是参考注释
  • 测量方向(总长、钩子内侧、仅本体)
  • 端部条件(闭合且磨平、闭合不磨平、开口)
  • 在一个或两个指定挠度长度下的负载,带公差
  • 密实高度最大值
  • 材料和表面处理
  • 任何预压要求
