导套与夹头匹配指南:避免夹紧卡滞

为什么导套与夹头匹配会导致卡滞?

在瑞士型加工中,棒料不是由一个夹头夹持。它被夹持两次:一次是由主轴箱内的夹头推动和旋转棒料,另一次是由刀具平面处的导套支撑棒料,距离切削刃几毫米。当夹头向前进给时,棒料在导套中滑动。

卡滞发生在滑动不再顺畅时。导套夹紧棒料的力略大于夹头推动棒料的力。棒料停滞,然后猛地向前滑动。你会看到颤纹、零件长度突然变化、刀具平面处的断裂声,或者成品零件在第一个直径上大了 0.02 mm,而在最后一个直径上尺寸正确。

三个根本原因导致了大多数卡滞事件:

  • 内孔不匹配。导套内孔比夹头内孔小,超出棒料的弹性范围,因此棒料在导套处被挤压,在夹头处松动。
  • 同心度误差。导套轴线和夹头轴线不在同一条中心线上。棒料在两者之间弯曲,并摩擦导套的一侧。
  • 错误的间隙理念。操作员根据棒料公称直径而非测量直径设置导套间隙,因此比公称直径大 0.02 mm 的棒料实际上成为过盈配合。

正确的导套与夹头间隙是多少?

瑞士导套的行业规则是导套内孔应比真实棒料直径大 0.005–0.015 mm,该范围较紧的一端用于磨削、直棒料,较松的一端用于拉制或略有弯曲的棒料。相比之下,夹头内孔应与棒料公称直径匹配或比其小 0.005 mm。

1. 取十个读数,沿 300 mm 长度用千分尺测量,每对读数之间将棒料旋转 90°。记录最大值和最小值。

2. 计算真实直径为最大读数的平均值,而不是所有读数的平均值。导套必须避开高点。

3. 检查圆度为同一位置的最大值减最小值。如果圆度误差超过 0.010 mm,无论设置多少间隙,导套都会在高点处卡滞。

4. 检查直线度,通过在平板上滚动棒料或使用 V 形块和千分表。

5. 设置导套为实测最大值加 0.005–0.010 mm,然后仅向上调整夹紧力直到棒料被夹持。

如果棒料的圆度或直线度超出规格,正确的答案是更换棒料,而不是扩大导套。扩大导套以避开不良棒料会导致导套无法再支撑良好棒料。

1. 根据实测棒料设置间隙。

2. 将夹紧力设置为在切削负载下能夹持棒料的最小值。

3. 如果棒料打滑,增加夹头夹紧力,而不是导套夹紧力。

4. 在 20 个零件后重新检查零件长度,而不是 200 个后。

区分测试很简单:停止主轴,用毡笔在导套端面处的棒料上做标记,然后点动夹头向前。如果标记平滑移动,间隙良好。如果它步进移动或棒料发出吱吱声,则存在卡滞。

导套磨损如何随时间改变匹配?

导套在棒料摩擦处磨损。在匹配良好的套装上,磨损是内孔周围的均匀带。在不匹配的套装上,磨损是一侧的单亮斑,内孔在变大之前先变成椭圆形。
