滚抛与振动抛光:一步完成去毛刺与精加工

简短回答:滚抛与振动光饰通过让零件在运动的磨料床中相互摩擦,同时完成一批零件的去毛刺、倒边和抛光。轻度去毛刺需15–60分钟,强力抛光可运行8–24小时,该工艺可将表面粗糙度降至约Ra 0.2–0.8 µm,同时将边缘倒圆至0.05–0.5 mm半径。一旦产量稳定,单件成本很低,通常为几美分至远低于一美元,但磨料必须能够触及关键边缘。

为获得最佳结果,请发送足够坚固以承受循环的零件,如果是钢件需消磁,并保持清洁。具有严格内部公差的零件应附有明确说明,指出哪些尺寸必须保护,以便工艺工程师相应选择磨料和时间,或计划以其他方式加工这些特征。
