精密零件的HS编码:正确归类

为什么HS归类比大多数买家想象的更重要

当编码错误时,三件事会发生变化:

每次归类背后的核心规则

GRI 1:首先看品目和章注

协调制度的归类总规则(GRI)按顺序应用。GRI 1规定,归类由品目条文以及任何相关的章注或类注确定。在查看其他任何内容之前,请阅读您正在考虑的章注——它们通常会排除您手中的产品。

GRI 3(b):基本特征

当一个零件可能归入两个品目时,GRI 3(b)将您引向涵盖基本特征的品目。一个压入钢轴承的机加工铝外壳,除非轴承决定了其功能,否则在特征上仍然是铝制品。

第84章 vs 第87章 vs 第73章
