首先,在图纸中指定测试方法,而不仅仅是公差。仅标注“弹簧刚度5 N/mm”而不指定测试点和温度的图纸是模糊的。应包括确切的压缩高度和每个点的允许载荷偏差。

其次,明智地选择疲劳测试频率。在100 Hz下测试可能导致弹簧自热,从而产生假性失效。对于线径大于3.0 mm的弹簧,使用最大20 Hz的频率以避免热效应。对于线径小于1.0 mm的小弹簧,50 Hz是可以接受的。
