我们如何在O型圈槽和螺纹上保持±0.005 mm公差

接头的大多数泄漏始于O型圈槽或螺纹根部。我们使用动力刀塔在同一夹紧工序中同时加工两者,因此不存在重新分度误差。槽宽控制在±0.005 mm,螺纹螺距(UNF、NPT、BSP或公制)通过螺纹塞规对每一个零件进行验证——而不仅仅是首件。对于NPT接头,我们在车削后用CBN砂轮磨削锥度,使整个螺纹长度上的1:16锥角保持在0.02°以内。如果您的组件使用端面密封,我们将配合面研磨至0.002 mm平面度,从而无需在高压液压管路中额外使用垫片。

我们用于腐蚀性和高压管路的材料及热处理

我们常备五种不锈钢牌号用于接头:303(易切削,适用于一般气动管路)、304(食品饮料行业,无磁性)、316L(船舶、化工和制药)、17-4 PH H900(液压歧管中屈服强度达200,000 psi)以及430F(磁性,适用于电磁阀体)。对于17-4 PH,我们在厂内进行热处理:1040°C固溶退火,然后在480°C时效1小时,达到40-45 HRC。我们还提供电解抛光(Ra 0.2 µm)和符合ASTM A967的钝化处理,适用于医疗或半导体接头。如需材质证书,我们每批次均提供EN 10204 3.1证书——可追溯至钢厂炉号。

每批次10项尺寸检测报告包含哪些内容

您收到的不是简单的“零件合格”邮件。我们会发送一份PDF,包含每个零件的十项测量参数:(1) 外径大径,(2) 外径小径,(3) 槽宽,(4) 槽深,(5) 螺纹中径,(6) 螺纹长度,(7) 总跳动量TIR,(8) 表面粗糙度Ra,(9) 六角对边,(10) 长度。每行列出标称值、实际值和偏差值。我们使用蔡司Contura三坐标测量机检测圆度和位置度,三丰SJ-210测量表面粗糙度,基恩士IM-8000用于细牙螺纹的光学非接触测量。所有量具每年按ISO 17025标准校准。如果任何读数超过公差带的50%,该零件将被标记为黄色,并在发货前进行人工复检。

交期与起订量:为什么我们说“无起订量”仍能快速发货

我们如何避免不同不锈钢牌号之间的交叉污染

将303和316L切屑混在一起是低成本加工厂的常见问题。我们为每种合金系列设置独立的CNC加工单元。每个单元拥有独立的排屑器、冷却液箱和刀柄。在任何牌号切换前,我们先运行50件新材料进行冲洗批次,然后使用PMI(正材料鉴定)枪通过X射线荧光检测验证铬、镍和钼含量。我们还按直径使用专用夹头和导套,防止划伤。如果您订购316L,您得到的就是纯316L——不会出现日后导致锈斑的碳钢污染。

螺纹密封与预涂覆层:NPT、BSP和SAE选项

对于NPT和BSPT接头,我们可以施加预涂螺纹密封剂(如乐泰577),固化后形成干膜——为您的装配线每个接头节省10秒。对于SAE J1926直螺纹端口,我们提供带丁腈或FKM密封圈的粘接O型圈(BSPP),在工厂内完成安装。如果接头用于振动环境,我们还可以在握持区域滚花(菱形花纹,深度0.3 mm),防止扳手打滑。所有涂层均在最终清洗后施加,确保密封剂不污染内孔。我们还提供零件号和日期代码的激光打标——永久性标记,不会褪色。

定制六角、倒钩和穿板配置:我们可在一次装夹中完成的车削

六角体是经典形状,但我们也加工倒钩软管接头(每英寸4-6个倒钩)、穿板接头(带肩台和锁紧螺母螺纹)以及卡套接头(带卡套座)。在32mm瑞士型车床上,一次操作即可完成带横向钻孔排气孔的六角体、NPT锥螺纹和滚花握持部。对于穿板接头,我们将肩台垂直度控制在0.01 mm,确保O型圈均匀密封。我们还生产定制长度——例如,带100 mm延长尾部的3/8"管接头,适用于紧凑发动机舱——无需额外设置费用。发送草图或样品,我们将在4小时内报价加工时间。

我们如何处理细长接头的紧公差

当接头直径为10 mm但长度为150 mm时,挠曲变形成为主要问题。我们使用导套(瑞士型)在切削刃处直接支撑棒材,将零件挠曲变形控制在0.005 mm以内。对于更长的零件,我们切换到副主轴拾取,在第二道工序中加工后端——无振纹。我们还根据长径比调整主轴转速和每转进给量:当L/D > 10时,将进给量降至0.02 mm/转,并将冷却液压力提高至70 bar以断屑。这就是为什么我们的长接头在每100 mm长度上直线度保持在0.01 mm以内——使用V型块上的千分表进行检测。

每次发货前的检验:“红标”和“绿标”系统

每批次都贴有颜色编码标签。绿标表示100%的零件通过尺寸和外观检验。红标表示至少有一个零件不合格;随后我们对整批进行100%分选,重新执行不合格工序或报废零件。我们绝不发运混合批次。对于关键接头(医用气体、高压液压),我们还对100%的零件进行氦气泄漏测试,泄漏率要求为1×10⁻⁹ mbar·L/s。检测报告通过电子邮件发送给您,附有装夹照片、三坐标测量机屏幕截图和最终零件照片。您还可以要求提供过程视频——订单金额超过1,000美元时免费提供。

定制接头是否有最低起订量要求?
