这是BQUQ生产的一条可直接定制的冲压钢铰链和支架产品线,BQUQ是中国东莞一家拥有20年经验的精密制造工厂。您将获得平面度为每100 mm 0.05 mm、表面光洁度为Ra 0.8 µm的冲压零件,标准尺寸的交货期为15个工作日。钢材经过表面硬化处理至48 HRC,因此您的门、面板或外壳可在50,000次循环中保持对齐,不会变形。

每个铰链和支架均在25吨至160吨的压力机上制造,然后进行去毛刺和检验。我们不会用涂层掩盖缺陷——而是直接去除它们。结果是,您可以将这一系列产品直接用于原型或生产线,无需返工。

为什么我们的铰链比铸造或机加工零件更紧固

冲压加工会使钢晶粒产生加工硬化,与相同牌号的机加工块材相比,屈服强度可提高高达20%。这意味着1.5 mm厚的冲压铰链片比相同合金的2.0 mm机加工零件更抗弯曲。模具可形成一致的弯曲半径,因此铰链销孔保持圆形,公差为±0.02 mm,而非手工精加工支架常见的±0.1 mm。

对于重型应用,我们增加了一个压接限位器,可将旋转限制在90°或180°,无需单独的限位销。这可将您生产线上的每个铰链装配时间减少4秒。

本系列使用的材料与热处理工艺

我们为该产品线备有四种基础钢材:SPCC(冷轧碳钢)、SECC(电镀锌钢)、SUS304(不锈钢)和65Mn(弹簧钢)。对于碳钢和弹簧钢等级,我们提供两种热处理路径——整体淬硬至45–48 HRC以获得耐磨性,或仅对销孔进行感应淬硬至52 HRC,当您需要更硬的枢轴点而不使叶片变脆时。

镀锌可选透明、蓝色或黑色,中性盐雾评级为72小时。如果您需要食品级或船用级,我们跳过电镀并使用SUS316L,我们也可以冲压这种材料——但请注意,最小弯曲半径增加到材料厚度的1.5倍。

您可以依据的尺寸公差与跳动规格进行设计

我们的标准冲压公差为孔间距不超过100 mm时±0.05 mm。对于铰链销孔,我们保持+0.02 / -0.00 mm。安装表面的平面度为每100 mm 0.05 mm,叶片相对于销的垂直度为全宽0.03 mm。这不是“尽力而为”的规格——这是我们整个冲压钢铰链支架系列的报价标准。

销孔的跳动(使用6.0 mm塞规测量)为0.02 mm TIR。我们通过两阶段冲压工艺实现这一点:先冲导向孔,然后在同一模具工位铰孔。这消除了单级冲头产生的偏移。

每次发货前的检验:我们测量什么以及为什么

我们不会仅基于首件检验就发货。每批500件进行5件随机检验,每批100件进行2件检验。我们使用数字孔径规(分辨率0.001 mm)测量销孔,使用花岗岩平板和千分表测量平面度,使用便携式粗糙度仪测量表面光洁度。结果记录在随订单附上的证书中。

对于支架的安装孔,我们使用根据您的图纸制造的通过/止规。如果量规不合格,整批产品将停止并重新生产。这使得我们过去12个月的拒收率保持在0.3%以下,这也是我们能够提供15天交货期而无需加急费的原因。

定制模具、无起订量及12小时报价流程

您不受限于我们的标准尺寸。将您的图纸发送给我们,我们将设计一副级进模,在一次冲压中完成冲孔、弯曲和压印。模具成本分摊到每件价格中——除非您想拥有模具,否则没有单独的工具费用。而且没有起订量:我们可以生产100件用于原型,或100,000件用于批量生产。当您从1,000件增加到10,000件时,每件价格下降35%。

由于我们拥有20年的模具制造经验,我们可以在12小时内为定制模具报价。该系列的标准零件在4小时内报价。所有报价均包含精确的公差、表面光洁度和交货期——没有模糊的“以最终检验为准”的措辞。

本系列与CNC加工和激光切割的比较

对于厚度小于3 mm的铰链或支架,冲压比CNC加工更快、更便宜。我们50 mm × 30 mm支架在10,000件时的每件成本为$0.12;相同零件从板材机加工的成本为$0.85。激光切割在小于5 mm的孔上速度较慢,且底部边缘会留下毛刺,而我们的冲压可产生干净的剪切边缘,无需二次去毛刺。
