2. 每批附检测报告。 每次发货均附带尺寸检测报告,列出所有关键特征:锥角、孔径、同心度和硬度。绝非泛泛的“合格证书”——您看到的是实际测量值。

问:起订量是多少? 答:无起订量。打样做1件,量产做5,000件都可以。单价随数量下降,但我们不会强制您多买。

问:如何保证公差和品质? 答:我们在专用外圆磨床上磨削锥度和孔径。每件夹头均经CMM和气动量仪检测锥面接触率。检测报告随货附送。如有零件超出公差,我们免费更换。

问:定制2J弹簧夹头的交期是多久? 答:打样或单件7天,批量生产10-12天。如需加急,请告知我们——我们可以分批交付。

问:能否提供材质证书和热处理报告? 答:可以。每批均附原材料钢厂证书和热处理报告,显示硬度和渗碳层深度。如需RoHS或REACH声明,我们也可提供。
