精密垫片与隔片:不起眼的冲压件

垫片和隔片实际做什么

垫片是用于调整间隙或对中的薄片;隔片是保持组件之间固定距离的零件。功能有重叠,图纸通常根据用途命名零件。两者共同的要求是精确的厚度、用于承靠的平整表面以及不会损伤接触对象的干净边缘。在电机和齿轮箱中,垫片设定轴承预紧和轴向游隙,通常调整量为 0.01–0.05 mm。在装配中,隔片围绕紧固件堆叠,以保持 PCB 到外壳或组件到框架的距离,此时高度公差会在堆叠中累积。

失效模式很有启发性。比标称厚 0.03 mm 的垫片会改变轴承预紧,足以缩短寿命。内孔面有毛刺的隔片会使 PCB 倾斜并导致焊点断裂。有内应力的垫片不会平放,会在负载下翘动。这些零件都不特殊;它们都会悄无声息地失效,这就是为什么精度比零件价格所暗示的更重要。

厚度:你购买的公差,而非冲压出来的

平面度、弓形与内应力

冲压垫片从模具出来时并非完全平整。剪切会留下毛刺面和塌边面;如果使用压印,会引入应力;薄材料会带有卷料原有的曲率,称为弓形。平面度问题表现为零件在装配夹具上翘动或轴承面下方有间隙。模具设计人员通过三种方式控制平面度:保持坯料几何形状平衡,增加轻微的压印或压平工位,在平坦模具面之间将零件压平,以及控制零件从模具中脱出的方向。

毛刺:没人写进图纸的边缘问题

每个剪切边缘都带有毛刺,而在垫片和隔片上,毛刺是功能性缺陷:它增加边缘的有效厚度,切入配合表面,并污染清洁装配。图纸应规定最大毛刺高度——一般零件常见实用值为 0.02–0.05 mm,在零件承靠密封件或精密面的地方更紧——并应说明可接受的毛刺方向(在重要时)。方向是模具设计的输出:毛刺总是出现在冲头出口侧,因此在模具中翻转零件就翻转了毛刺。
