CNC加工塑料:Delrin、尼龙、PEEK和亚克力

塑料每度的膨胀量大约是铝的5-10倍,因此“在塑料上保持±0.01 mm”通常是误解——零件在你测量的温度下是这个公差,在客户仓库里则不同。在23°C下规定公差,并理解50 mm Delrin零件上±0.05 mm是真正的工程要求,而±0.01 mm的声称应受到质疑。

防止熔化和开裂的加工规则

锋利刀具是关键。钝的立铣刀会摩擦而非切削,将塑料加热超过其软化点,留下熔化的涂抹层,精加工也无法完全去除。除刀具外:使用高主轴转速配合适中进给、轻切削深度,以及冷却液或吹气带走热量——尤其对亚克力,热量是开裂的起点。轻柔夹紧:塑料在钢件可忽略的力下会变形和扭曲,松开后回弹。避免尖锐内角或让加工者添加圆角;尖角会集中应力,在亚克力和聚碳酸酯中,几周后就会引发裂纹。并且永远不要假设“塑料”就是一种材料——聚碳酸酯不是亚克力,尼龙不是Delrin,报错材料会导致零件失效。

湿度、应力和会变形的零件

尼龙是典型的陷阱:它加工精美且精确,然后吸收空气中的水分而膨胀——在潮湿条件下,100 mm的零件几周内可能移动0.5–1.5 mm,具体取决于牌号和调理情况。如果应用允许,使用去应力或调湿处理的棒料加工尼龙,或在湿度成问题的地方改用Delrin。挤出棒材的内应力是第二个陷阱:粗加工棒料,放置,然后精加工——与金属相同的原则。亚克力和聚碳酸酯也带有模塑或加工应力,会导致龟裂;退火或避免激进切削。
