常见问题

M3螺纹使用什么攻丝钻头?

M3 x 0.50粗牙螺纹使用2.5 mm攻丝钻头,紧密间隙孔为3.2 mm。对于M3 x 0.35细牙,攻丝钻头为2.65 mm。

攻丝孔周围应保留多少材料?

通常,钢件攻丝孔周围至少保留两倍螺纹直径的材料,铝或黄铜等较软材料需要更多。

可以在铝材上攻丝而不滑牙吗?
