常见问题

铝制零件应指定哪种表面处理?

一般防护选用透明阳极氧化(II型),滑动或磨损表面选用硬质阳极氧化(III型),零件必须保持导电或接地时选用铬酸盐转化处理。

阳极氧化会改变零件尺寸吗?

会。阳极氧化每面增加5至25 µm,硬质阳极氧化可达50 µm。在紧密配合和螺纹处,需在图纸中预留涂层余量或指定遮蔽。

如何防止不锈钢零件生锈?

机加工后指定钝化处理。它能去除刀具留下的游离铁,防止原本合格的不锈钢表面出现锈斑。
