这是一款金属冲压电池接触弹簧和电源端子,由我们内部设计的定制模具生产。每个弹簧的接触力稳定在0.8–1.2 N,位置跳动控制在0.05毫米以内,表面光洁度达到Ra 0.4 µm。新模具的标准交期为12个工作日,模具验收后7天内发货生产样品。弹簧回火硬度为42–45 HRC,确保接触点在10,000次插拔循环后不会松弛。

我们如何针对不同玩具电池仓调校弹簧力

并非所有玩具电池盒都相同。我们的冲压模具设计了可调镦压步骤,无需重建模具即可微调弹簧的自由高度和压缩率。对于典型的AA或AAA电池座,我们将弹簧自由高度控制在±0.05毫米,压缩高度控制在±0.03毫米。如果您的玩具使用纽扣电池或9V夹,我们只需更换冲头轮廓——同一模具底座,新型腔镶件。相比全新模具,这可降低约30%的模具成本。

我们用于电源端子的材料和热处理

根据您所需的额定电流和耐腐蚀性,我们选用C5210磷青铜或SUS301不锈钢带材。对于镀镍端子,我们使用0.15–0.4毫米厚的C5210,预镀1.5 µm镍层,再闪镀0.3 µm以防止氧化。对于不锈钢版本,我们采用全硬回火至42–45 HRC,无需后续热处理。如需更高导电性,我们改用铍铜(C17200),硬度38–42 HRC——相比磷青铜,电阻降低25%。

模具钢选择及我们保证的模具寿命

我们的定制模具使用DC53或SKD11工具钢制造冲压冲头和模具。DC53是超过50万件批量生产的标准选择——其刃口保持时间比SKD11长2.5倍。对于低于5万件的短期原型,我们使用预硬化P20并做氮化表面处理,以降低模具成本。我们保证DC53模具在需要重磨前至少可冲压100万次,并在ERP系统中记录每套模具的冲压次数。如果冲头提前断裂,我们免费更换。

每批玩具电池接触弹簧都通过三坐标测量机和激光测微计进行100%尺寸检查。我们按照ISO 2859-1的5:1抽样计划测量弹簧自由高度、压缩力和位置跳动。对于接触间隙等关键尺寸,我们对每个零件使用通止规。我们的QC实验室还对镀层零件进行72小时盐雾测试,以验证耐腐蚀性。如果您指定特定标准——如电池接触件IEC 60838——我们按该确切条款进行测试。
