本系列产品概述及其如何降低装配不良率

这是一套可直接订购的冲压安装板和法兰,适用于汽车支架、传感器外壳及底盘连接点。平面度控制在0.05mm以内,孔位公差±0.05mm,确保焊接或螺栓装配一次对位成功。典型表面粗糙度为Ra 1.6,热处理后硬度可达42 HRC,零件在振动和腐蚀环境下不变形。

本系列所有板材和法兰均产自我们位于东莞、拥有20年经验的冲压生产线。我们使用80至400吨的级进模和伺服冲床,确保数百万件产品几何形状一致。标准尺寸交期为图纸确认后15天,且无起订量要求——无论是1件原型还是50,000件批量,质量水平相同。

大批量生产中如何控制孔位与平面度

汽车安装板失效通常源于孔位偏移或边缘翘曲。我们通过三步检测解决这一问题:模内传感器每次冲压时检测料带位置,随后三坐标测量机按1:5抽样比例验证孔位模式,最后每批产品在花岗岩平台上检测平面度。对于宽度超过150mm的法兰,我们在下料后增加压印工序以消除内应力,确保3mm厚钢板也能保持0.05mm的稳定平面度。

同时,我们将所有切割边缘的毛刺高度控制在0.08mm以下。大多数应用无需二次去毛刺——零件可直接安装到夹具或焊接工装中。如果您的设计对孔间距要求小于0.03mm,我们可以使用专用精密模具,但成本略高。请参阅我们的CNC加工公差指南,了解冲压公差与机加工公差的对比。

我们使用的耐腐蚀和抗疲劳材料及热处理工艺

本系列常备材料包括DC01、DC04、SPCC和304不锈钢。对于承受发动机高温或道路盐蚀的安装板,我们推荐304不锈钢配合钝化处理——可提供200小时盐雾试验抗性。对于承载负荷的结构法兰,我们使用SPCC并镀锌镍(8-12微米),冲压态硬度为25-35 HRC,淬火回火后可达40-42 HRC。

如果零件需要更高强度且不增加重量,我们可以改用HC380LA高强度钢(屈服强度380 MPa),该材料常用于电动汽车电池托盘支架。我们还提供5052-H32铝合金用于轻量化支架——厚度1.0至4.0mm,去应力后平面度0.1mm。所有材料均附带钢厂质保书,每卷材料都有可追溯的炉号。

每批出货前检测——绝非一纸证书

没有完整尺寸报告,我们绝不发货。每批产品均对关键孔位进行三坐标检测,随机抽取3件进行硬度测试,并在2倍放大镜下目视检查边缘裂纹或模具痕迹。您将收到包含实际测量值的PDF报告,而非简单的合格/不合格盖章。对于汽车一级供应商,我们还可按要求提供PPAP Level 3文件——包括PFMEA、控制计划和过程能力研究(Cpk ≥ 1.33)。

我们的检测团队独立于生产部门,有权在任一参数超出公差10%以上时扣留整批产品。过去五年,我们的客户退货率保持在0.2%以下。如果您需要针对特定零件的专用检具或夹具,我们可在厂内制作并纳入检测流程——标准设计不额外收费。

无起订量为何同时适用于原型和小批量生产

大多数冲压厂要求5,000件起订,因为模具调试成本高。我们不同。我们的级进模采用模块化设计,50件试产批次与50,000件订单使用相同的模具。您只需支付材料和机时费用——50件原型批次通常为80至150美元,视材料和尺寸而定。这样您可以在大批量投入前测试装配性、焊接性和涂层附着力。

批量生产方面,我们提供阶梯定价:订购量越大,单价越低,但质量标准始终不变。我们既为汽车维修店交付过单件订单,也为电动汽车制造商提供过20万件的年度合同。无起订量还意味着您可以为自己的工装订购替换零件,无需等待整批生产。如果您正在将我们与其他CNC刀具选择指南供应商比较,请注意即使在薄材料上我们的冲压公差依然稳定——这是经验不足的工厂常见的弱点。

定制形状和孔位模式——无需额外等待模具

如果您的安装板需要非标准孔位模式——例如长圆孔、沉头孔或螺纹孔与光孔混合——我们可在3天内调整模具。我们使用线切割在厂内修改镶件,因此您无需支付全新模具费用。对于折弯角度在15°至90°之间的法兰,我们在级进模中增加折弯工位,单件节拍时间保持在2秒以内。

我们还提供二次加工:攻丝(M3至M12)、沉孔和平面研磨。安全关键区域的螺纹孔100%进行通止规检测。对于螺纹法兰,我们建议最小螺纹啮合长度为直径的1.5倍——我们的标准模具设计可确保这一点,无需额外费用。请将您的2D图纸或3D STEP文件发送给我们,我们将在24小时内确认模具修改费用。
