为什么铜扣轴需要专用扭簧设计

铜扣轴较短,通常小于20 mm,且与配合壳体相对旋转。普通扭簧会发生平面外扭转,产生侧向推力,磨损轴孔。我们的弹簧采用闭端磨平结构,末端线圈压平并校正至90°±1°,确保弹簧与轴轴心保持垂直,从而消除轴向跳动。同时,我们将内径控制在H7配合公差(例如6 mm +0.012 / -0),使弹簧紧密贴合轴身而无间隙。在心轴上测量的跳动量低于0.05 mm,因此这些弹簧无需二次加垫片。

我们用于确保扭矩一致性的材料与热处理工艺

本系列常备三种线材等级:油淬铬硅钢(ASTM A401)、不锈钢302(ASTM A313)和磷青铜(ASTM B159),适用于耐腐蚀应用。每个线圈在卷绕后在260°C下进行30分钟去应力处理,然后进行0.25 mm强度的喷丸处理以消除微裂纹。铬硅钢弹簧硬度可达45–50 HRC,不锈钢302冷拉后硬度为42–47 HRC。我们不对铜轴弹簧进行镀锌处理——镀层会改变线圈摩擦系数。取而代之,我们提供电解抛光,表面粗糙度可达0.2 µm Ra,减少与轴身的磨损。

发货前的扭矩验证与负载测试

每批100件弹簧均在三个偏转角度(30°、60°和90°)下进行扭矩测试。我们使用分辨率为0.001 N·m的数字扭矩测试仪。对于典型的外径10 mm、线径0.8 mm的弹簧,90°时的扭矩为0.15 N·m ±5%。我们还对每批生产中的首件进行10,000次循环疲劳测试。弹簧在循环后扭矩损失必须小于3%。如不合格,整批重新绕制。这就是我们的弹簧能在高端汽车锁闩中承受100,000次循环的原因——我们对发货的产品进行测试。

铜轴接触的表面处理选项

原材料弹簧在拉丝过程中表面粗糙度为1.6 µm Ra,适用于封闭机构。但对于外露的铜扣轴,我们建议采用微喷丸处理,表面粗糙度降至0.8 µm Ra,以减少弹簧支脚在轴上滑动时的摩擦。如需导电性能,我们可在端支脚上提供镀银处理(厚度5 µm)——线圈本体保持裸露以避免焊接问题。如需耐盐雾性能,可按ASTM A967对不锈钢302进行钝化处理,实现48小时中性盐雾无红锈。

定制端支脚与安装特性

您的图纸可能需要直扭支脚、钩形端部或双扭设计(两个弹簧体反向绕制)。我们均支持这些设计,且无需额外模具费用。支脚长度公差为±0.5 mm,支脚角度公差为±2°,我们还可以在支脚末端增加预设弯折以钩入槽口。针对自动化装配,我们提供卷带包装,每卷500件,便于贴片机连续供料。我们还添加轻质油膜(ISO 3448 VG10)防止储存期间生锈——但如果您指定干燥弹簧,我们会跳过此步骤。

每次发货前的检验:尺寸与金相

每根弹簧均使用20倍放大投影仪检查线圈直径、自由长度和支脚位置。我们使用洛氏硬度计(HRC标尺)在线圈上三个点测量硬度。对于关键订单,我们使用扫描电子显微镜检查线材表面,确认无折叠或裂纹。最终检验报告包括内径的三坐标测量结果和扭矩曲线图。每次发货均附带此报告,即使仅订购一件样品。如果任何尺寸超出您的公差范围,我们将拒收该零件——我们不会发货“差不多”的弹簧。
