弹簧垂直度与平面度:确保正确就位的规格

  • 侧向载荷和磨损。 倾斜的弹簧会摩擦孔壁。在模具或阀门中,这种摩擦在几十万次循环内就会形成磨损台阶。
  • 载荷变化。 未平放的弹簧压缩不均匀。在给定高度下测得的载荷会偏离标称值,有时超过5%。
  • 堆叠误差。 两个弹簧串联会放大角度误差。三个会再次放大。2°的端部在堆叠中会变成明显的倾斜。
  • 噪音和微动磨损。 在汽车和家电装配中,未就位的弹簧会发出嗡嗡声。随后会发生微动腐蚀。

平面度和垂直度也是区分优质弹簧和廉价弹簧的最简单方法。磨削是一个单独的、缓慢的工序。跳过它的供应商每个零件节省几分钟,却给你一个无法就位的弹簧。

图纸上的“垂直”和“平面”实际含义

买家经常将这两个词互换使用。在图纸上,它们是不同的标注,并且检查方式也不同。

垂直度(垂直度)

垂直度,也称为端面垂直度或垂直度,是磨平端面与垂直于弹簧轴线的平面之间的角度偏差。它用度数表示,或表示为跨端面直径的线性偏差。

在图纸上规定

一个清晰的图纸标注包括四项:

1. 端部条件 — 闭合、闭合磨平、开口。

在生产中,大多数弹簧车间在花岗岩平板上用千分表检查垂直度,并用直尺和塞尺检查平面度。这对于2°–3°的商业工作已经足够。更紧的标注则转向投影仪或三坐标测量机。

何时收紧公差(何时不收紧)

将垂直度从3°收紧到1°并非免费。它增加了磨削次数,增加了废品,并减慢了生产线。仅在应用需要时收紧。

在以下情况下收紧:

  • 弹簧安装在浅槽或配合深度小于一个线径的沉孔中。
  • 弹簧串联堆叠 — 误差会累积。

改善就位的设计和制造杠杆

在磨削前将端部卷绕闭合

磨削一个端圈仍然开口的弹簧会产生刀刃和不良的支承面。端圈必须在送往磨床之前卷绕闭合——在最后一圈将节距减小到零。这是设置时做出的线材成型决定,而不是磨削修复。

同时控制自由长度和密实高度

磨削去除材料,因此自由长度和密实高度都会变化。弹簧设计者应指定自由长度公差,以预期磨削,通常精密弹簧为±1%至±2%。如果两端都磨平,损失大约为一个线径总量,取决于线径和磨削深度。

磨削前后的应力消除
