越小越难:消费电子超薄散热片的技术极限与创新


消费电子产品的轻薄化趋势从未停止。2026年,折叠屏手机展开厚度已跌破6.5mm,平板电脑主板区域可用散热Z高度压缩至1.5mm以内,AR眼镜镜腿内留给散热片的空间更是以立方毫米计。在如此极端的体积约束下,五金散热片的物理形态和制造工艺正在被推向极致。

传统的铝挤最小壁厚受限于模具强度和挤出比,散热片底板厚度通常无法低于1.2mm。为了突破这一限制,业界发展出“钛铜蚀刻+扩散焊”的混合工艺。首先通过精密蚀刻在0.1mm厚的钛铜合金薄片上加工出数十个微型弹片结构,然后将多层蚀刻片与铝合金底板在真空炉中通过原子扩散直接焊合,形成总厚度仅1.0mm的“三明治”散热片。其内部布满50μm级的微流道,可填充低沸点工质形成被动两相流散热,等效导热率达2000 W/m·K以上,已在折叠屏手机转轴附近的SoC散热中实现量产应用。

对于更主流的智能手机,均热板与金属散热片的单体化是2026年最显著的设计趋势。过去,散热路径是SoC→导热凝胶→均热板→导热胶→铝散热片→屏幕铜箔,六层界面带来巨大热阻。新的工艺将散热片作为均热板的上盖直接参与两相流腔体的密封。具体而言,在一片0.3mm厚的铜合金均热板壳体上,采用铲齿方式直接加工出高0.5mm的散热鳍片,随后将铜壳体与下盖板激光焊接密封,注液后形成“自带散热片的均热板”。该结构将Z高度从传统的1.8mm压缩至1.0mm,热阻降低约40%,并简化了整机组装工序。

平板电脑和轻薄笔记本则流行一种叫“3D打印随形散热片”的工艺。利用选择性激光熔化打印铝合金粉末,可生成传统机加工无法制造的复杂内流道和格栅结构,同时将散热片与支架、屏蔽罩合并为单一零件。尽管3D打印成本仍高于冲压和CNC,但在高端二合一设备的散热模组中,其带来的集成红利已开始超过成本增量。通过生成式设计算法,3D打印散热片能在给定的体积包络内,自动生成最优化的点阵和鳍片密度分布,使自然对流下的散热能力相比传统直肋提升30%以上。

值得注意的是,在可穿戴领域,五金散热片正变得“柔性化”。一种基于镍钛记忆合金薄片的辐射散热腕带已经开始量产,它在低于25℃时紧贴手表底壳传递热量,高于28℃时自动向外弯曲增大空气接触面积,形成一个随温度自动变形的散热片。虽然这类产品目前出货量还不大,但它代表了五金散热片从刚性零件向智能响应元件的跨越,预示着未来散热件将内嵌传感和执行功能。
