冲压件公差控制在±0.01 mm

十微米是我们对冲压件把控的公差窗口。这不是一句口号,而是一套流程:首件对照图纸检验,冲压过程中实时测量,包装前进行终检。

关键尺寸通过CMM和光学测量来检测,而不仅仅是用卡尺。如果尺寸向公差极限偏移,冲压停止,在制造更多零件之前检查模具。每批出货都附带尺寸报告和材质证明。

检验关口

首件检验批次开始前,对图纸上每一个特征进行测量
过程检验冲压过程中测量关键尺寸,在冲床上修正模具
终检对关键特征进行尺寸检查,外加100%外观检查
设备CMM、光学测量仪、花岗岩平台、通止规
文件每批附带尺寸报告和材质证明

常见问题

冲压件做到±0.01 mm现实吗?

可以,前提是这些特征在模具内成形并以模具本身为基准测量,比如孔位和孔距。对于折弯角度或从卷料边缘出来的外轮廓,这不现实,我们会在图纸评审时说明。

你们是全检还是抽检?

尺寸方面,我们按规定的频率测量,并在每次修模时测量,外加对关键特征的终检。外观方面,每个零件都看。如果你们的图纸要求100%尺寸检验,我们就按那个报价。

我们会拿到什么报告?

一份尺寸报告,列出关键特征的名义值、公差和实测值,附材质证明。报告编号与你们收到的批次挂钩。

如果零件超差怎么办?

冲压停止,修正模具,隔离并分选可疑零件。返工或更换由我们承担,你们会收到说明情况的报告。
