3. 同一工厂完成CNC加工+冲压+弹簧+散热器 大多数摩托车零件不仅仅是一个机加工件。您还需要支架、散热器、弹簧和冲压板。我们在同一厂房内运营所有四条产线。无需多个供应商,无需供应商之间的物流延误。一张采购订单、一个质量标准、一个责任主体。这可将多工序组件的交期缩短30-40%。

问:你们的最小起订量是多少? 答:无最小起订量。我们加工1件即可打样。对于批量生产,我们提供阶梯定价——订购量越大,单价越低。大多数买家先订购5-10件进行测试,然后扩大到500-5,000件进行量产。

问:你们如何保证公差和质量? 答:我们严格按照您的图纸加工,而非凭我们的理解。我们的质检团队检查每一个关键尺寸。对于严于±0.01 mm的公差,我们使用三坐标测量机并提供完整的检验报告。如果零件不合格,我们将免费重新加工。

问:定制CNC加工的交期是多久? 答:打样(1-5件):7-10天。批量生产(50件以上):12-15天。阳极氧化或粉末喷涂另加2-3天。我们通过DHL、FedEx或UPS发货——从我们的东莞工厂门到门配送。

问:你们提供材质证书吗? 答:提供。每批次都附带钢厂出具的材质证书(EN 10204 3.1)。我们还可按需提供热处理证书和RoHS/REACH合规文件。这是我们汽车和航空航天客户的标配服务。
